I cant stress how bad this chase bank is. Three different times I went in to do the same request. All three times it was different things they told me. The third time I was told they cant fulfill my request at all, when they clearly did it the first two times. Go to another chase bank location if you can.

Went in this morning to just do a normal withdrawal. There were like 4 other customers waiting to go inside to do transactions. But one of the associates yelled out, "we're going to be late opening." When are they never late? Most of the time they're late opening. Lazy workers, they want to get paid but do half work. Should have got up earlier.

This Chase branch should be closed with customers routed to the Chase on Riley St. The bank employees would not provide the business card for the 'supervisor' so that I could share my terrible experience with corporate. While I was speaking on the 800 chase customer line, there were several actions that the 800 line customer service mentioned that the branch employees could have taken. Each of these actions, the 'supervisor' chose not to do. The branch manager was conveniently not available. For those looking for customer service, do NOT go to the Bidwell location. They don't give you their names, so you can make complaints on them and they certainly do not provide good customer service!

Went in on a Saturday at 3:35 to open a checking account and the bank was completely empty. When I asked to open, the girl at her desk who appeared to just be scrolling the internet said she didn't have enough time to help me since they were closing in 25 minutes. It was as if I was bothering her and when I asked her why she could not help me with almost 1/2 hour left, she just said I can make an appointment for you, but can't help you now. I was honestly in shock as she was rude and it didn't phase her that it was turning money away from Chase. So needless to say, I will be taking my banking my elsewhere. Your employee missed the mark Chase.

Chase is quick to charge you overdraft money. Also, they used to not charge monthly service charges if you had auto deposit which we had than that was no longer good enough it had to be a huge amount always in your account. Humm I wonder how they are dealing with this now when everyone is hard making ends meet. So I am not happy with their policy's or paying a monthly fee. Hubby and I went in to talk to a financial advisor and he did nothing but get us so confused and actually talked us out of beginning an IRA. I never went back due to this. We are currently considering closing our account of 20 years here.

I had clocked out from work to go to CHASE bank, as directed from Chase to bring documentation into bank regarding a dispute/charge for an order over the internet on product I never received. Waiting in line 15-20 minutes, only to have the teller tell me he couldn't help me. I called the dispute line again now, repeating my self 7-8 times, over the corse of this event, still no resolution. Still NO HELP FROM CHASE BANK, as a charge for something I never got sits on my account. The company I ordered from states, they have requested CHASE TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT and states it's the bank holding up the credit. Chase does not care nor do they try to resolve this. I will close this account after years of being a loyal customer, if I could give chase a ZERO STAR I would. This has been going on for 2 months. The left hand doesn't know what the right band is doing with this banking institution. : (

My husband and I had a great experience at the Folsom branch. Megan, the lady that helped us, was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was probably my most positive experience at a bank. During the time we were there, she was always welcoming and provided us the information we needed. We want to give a big thank you to Megan!

A bit frustrated. I had a personal check I needed cashing. I called the Chase in Cameron Park and I was told if I deposited it in the ATM I could withdraw $100-200 Immediately. And the rest the next day. I knew this because I've done it before. So I deposited it. The ATM would not give me any cash. I called the Cameron Park branch and was told they didn't know why I couldn't withdraw cash. They said go to the East Bidwell Folsom location. So I called them numerous times. No one available. I don't want to go all the way down there because I am at home risk due to the Covid19. So I have a choice. Take a risk and go down to Folsom or wait for my money. I know for now on to just go cash my checks at the banks they are issued from.

It's not every day a new account needs to be opened and I expected a well known bank to have standards and operations in place to make opening a business account seamless. This was FAR from the case. It's been a month since starting this quest, and I should have stopped after the first week of miss-happenings. To touch on a few problems: I was turned away from walking into a branch to open an account, and was told to make an appointment. I made an appointment online, and the person assisting me was unable to open an account without me in person (the purpose of my appointment as documented clear as day). When I made an appointment for an in person visit and arrived, I was told my appointment was one week out (they gave me the wrong date!). The 2nd in person appointment (did I mention it's an hour drive to the branch - one way?) was rushed, unorganized, and the accounts manager assisting me got up several times and asked a teller to step in to keep things moving because he was double-booked. I thought this was the end of the chaos - walking away with a business checking account. Nope. They recorded my mailing address incorrectly, and when I finally received the mail they distributed it indicated they looked forward to helping me grow my business but they needed more information from me ... that had to be collected in person. Things that were recorded incorrectly or not at all: spelling of multiple business owners, completed legal documents incorrectly, listing a title as shareholder vs secretary, did not record the Presidents name ANYWHERE?!?! and he was turned away when visiting the branch to sign documents. And, I requested an appointment with a business account specialist for loans and credit for a corporation - never heard anything back. I am not one to blast a company, but this has been beyond ridiculous and I hope it detours someone else from going through this experience. I sit here, on hold with a customer service rep who promises this next time I visit the branch, it will be different. We'll see. 1 millionth time fooled, shame on me, right?
