~STORY TIME~
So originally my wedding ring was purchased from the Arden store before my husband passed away 2yrs ago ? but after dealing with the SUPER racist and rude team there to get my wedding ring routined cleaning I ABSOLUTELY refused to EVER return to that Arden Kay Location…My friend had me meet here at the Folsom location where she gets her wedding ring cleaned and I love how helpful the staff have been even after me and my husbands sets were lost from the stolen truck they continued to be so sweet an helpful along the way until our replacement set came…Fast forward to this very day July 7 7/7 ?
I was approved for the upgraded ring my husband wanted to get me ? to take home same day and the staff were just as supportive, Uplifting, and understanding and professional as they’ve been since I walked in the door…I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this store if your in the Sacramento area and want to get your Significant or Loved one a FOREVER gift this is the spot ❤️????????

They were unable to change the battery on one of the watches I brought in due to the rounded face, but Sam was very helpful in recommending other places in the area where they’d be able to work with the rounded face in store. They were able to change the battery on the other watch I brought in, and did it for no cost which was very nice of her. Overall, solid experience with friendly people!”
“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”

“Just received my custom ring I had been working on with Pam. What a great experience. Pam helped get the spacing of my stones just right. Picking exactly the right stones within my budget and had it ready early. Their in house jewler did a fantastic job on my ring. Definitely nice to shop with little BS. They don’t trying to up sale on other item. No pressure shopping is my type of shopping.”

“I recently visited Sharif Jewelers in Folsom looking for a Montblanc pen. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Summer. Her customer service was exceptional! Summer was very friendly and personable. She made the shopping experience very enjoyable. She even offered me a cup of Turkish coffee and a Baklava. I have never tried Turkish coffee before, but I gave it a try. It is incredible!At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Summer was focused on helping me find the perfect pen to start my journey in pen collecting, not just making a sale. I had many questions and when she didn’t know the answer, she reached out to others to find the answer for me.Thanks to Summer's excellent customer service, I found the perfect Montblanc pen. I highly recommend Sharif Jewelers, and especially recommend seeking out Summer for assistance! Make sure you try the Turkish coffee too, it is incredible.”
