“I had called ahead to make sure they were going to be closing at 6 and she told me she had to close early so she can go to her watch maker. I asked if they could stay open for just 10 minutes longer so I would be able to make it there and buy a ring or a necklace. Her name is Rosie and she agreed to make it work. I got off work ten minutes early to rush over there and gave her an idea of what I wanted. The first two pieces of jewelry she showed me were absolutely perfect and I didn't even need to look at another piece. She was super kind and all around a great person. She gave me a great deal and I couldn't ask for a better visit to a jewelry store especially in a rush so she can close. i'm 100% going back and bringing all of my friends and family!!!”

“The best jewelry store! I had a custom ring made and the results were phenomenal! Marty was so patient with me when I was so particular about details. Bringing his expertise and experience to help me design my dream ring was a seamless process. I definitely recommend this jeweler! Just in case others were wondering about other local jewelry stores, I had another ring custom made at Kenny G (with Robert who is no longer there) and had the worse experience. I am not sure if it is just that particular employee or not but the ring came back uneven and the experience was stressful. If you want to pick between them or Santillan Jewelers, I definitely recommend Santillan Jewelers! Marty is AWESOME to work with and I am definitely coming back for other custom work!”

They did have a lot of beautiful lamp work glass beads. Very beautiful! I can't speak for pricing because I didn't see what I wanted but I think the lamp work beads were about average prices. If that's what you want they do have beautiful focal beads.”

“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! “This review is LONG overdue. Last year I had a horrific experience where my body swelled all over and I had to have my wedding ring cut off. My husband and I were planning to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Australia and I wanted to have my ring fixed for that adventure. So we took the ring into Roger's Jewelry in Folsom and spoke with Jodi Ziony about getting it fixed. That day, unknown to us, was a special day where they had various specials and deals. Jodi told us we could fix the ring, but also told us about the sale and we decided to just look, it doesn't hurt to do that. Well, looking led to wanting. My eyes caught the most beautiful vintage inspired wedding ring. There are no words to describe the beauty of this ring. Pictures don't capture it's beauty. So I asked her, is the ring pricing equivalent to a new car? She proceeded to help us obtain this ring for a price that was unbelievable. This was a memorable experience that we will remember forever. We worked together, with so much excitement and glee to build the ring. She even helped me score an UNBELIEVABLE deal on a special ring for my husband. It was like shopping with your best friend. I was not an easy customer while I was waiting, and even right after getting this beauty on my finger. Do not be fooled, my gratitude for this material object is off the charts. I told my girlfriend I call it my precious, because when it catches the light I can't stop staring at it. Not okay to obsess over a material item in this way...but I do. Jodi not only made the initial purchase special, when we came to pick up the rings, she gift wrapped them so we could open them together. It was magical.
