“2/9 - UPDATE: Change my review to a 5 star since I was contacted by customer service and all my issues was resolved. I can't believe this company did this. I'm lost for words. You can read my issues below, but at the end they took care of their customer and I will be back to do business with this company.Be aware of hidden fees at this location. They don't tell you about it. I just bought 7 items from this store and realized afterwards of the hidden fees and activation fees that I was not told about. $39.99 for phones and $24.99 for tablets and watches are the hidden fees and will be charged in the store. Activation fee is $35, which will be on your bill next bill. I was also told watches were $5 a month, which now I have realized the plan is $10.1/3 UPDATE: This just keeps on getting worse. On all my trade-ins I was told I get a $800 credit, now I'm realizing on one of the lines I only got around $400 because it was an older phone.1/3 Update: I emailed the corporation per there request.2/9 - Changed my review to a 5 star. I got an email from their customer service and they took care of everything. I got refunded for the store charges and all the other errors. I will continue buying from this company.”

“I bought the gateway. Very informative and helpful in deciding to get Internet through T-Mobile. Everything seems to work well as far as very few connection issues.”

“Lexi was fantastic! We told her what we wanted, she clearly stated our options, and after making our decisions, she got us taken care of and out the door in record time. All while seamlessly serving another customer at the same time. We chose to drive the 45 mins to this location after a terrible experience at our local AT&T store and it was well worth it. Thank you Lexi!”

“I'm a Costco person at heart, but there are some items that Sam's Club has that Costco does not. Sam's Club is definitely not as crowded as Costco, so that helps with saving time. But then again, they don't have most of the items I usually get haha.If you don't have the Sam's Club App, I highly recommend you download it. Their "Scan & Go" is an awesome feature that I didn't know I needed. You don't have to stand in line for check out. You are your own cashier, so if you feel you were over charged by scanning an item more than once, you only have yourself to blame haha. The convenience factor of their "Scan & Go" feature is a huge plus over Costco. I mean, what's really the point of the Costco app aside from showing your digital membership card haha.”

“This is the biggest Target in the Folsom + El Dorado county area. It recently under went renovation. Changes you will see: -lights are brighter -there's a second smaller seasonal area near the door. Right now there are several Sun Squad items (that are 20%), summer wines, lawn chairs, pool supplies, and large containers of pop corn kernels (drive in movie, or project one in the backyard and watch from your pool?) -the makeup section has been made to feel more like an Ulta -the clothing section feels like a H&M, with two different fitting areas. -they have a decent liquor, wine, and beer section now. -The toy section has stepped up its game with a cool Lego sculpture in the middle that looks rather Instagram worthy + several interactive playareas including a heat sensitive/ color changing wall, series of speaking tubes, and lots of cool other things to discover. Seems like this section goes on and on, so you may want to prepare yourself if you're going in with kids or a husband. -There's a section just for children's books. Next to that you'll find a big display for the most recent kids merchandise thing, right now it's Toy Story 4, before that it was Minecraft. Everything feels more interactive and enticing. I have to remind myself I'm on a budget, especially when I got to the Stranger Things merchandise in my size (July 4th is so soon! ). Target definitely has the family with small children niche down with smooth rolling shopping carts that are perfect for putting a baby to sleep. A baby section that's very well organized, with competitive prices. Their breast feeding policy, is to let mother nurse undisturbed in the changing rooms. There's a Starbucks + I already mentioned the toy section (yep you're going to need coffee for that).”

“Stephen is awesome! It got really busy in the store but he was great at directing the traffic and getting everyone where they need to go. He got my equipment returned quick and sent me on my way. He's a nice guy, thank you Stephen!”

“Tip: Use the online scheduling tool rather than just walk in. Much better experience. Lots of people waiting and I just walked in and got stuff done. Knowledgeable staff.”
