I walked into Patelco with almost 0 exceptions. I was helped by Agustin Cruz. One of the nicest young men I ever have met. He was very sincere and jumped over hoops to get me what I wanted. He was very professional and helped me get the very best rate he could. Next time i ever need a loan, I am asking for Mr. Cruz specifically.

Ive been happy with this branch. Overall id rate patelco as a 4. Its not as good as i remeber it being 10 years ago, but id take them over wells fargo or others any day.
