“Greg was super helpful & quick! His ability to multi-task was also very impressive. I'd never be able to be on the phone, computer, and speak with the person infront of me without getting jumbled up, haha. Many thanks!”
“I've used just about every major bank you can: Wells, BofA, US Bank, etc. They all have these red-tape issues and time constraints, and hidden fees. When I joined Bank of the West, it felt like a nice hometown-bank. Almost credit union-esque. All my local friends worked there, they'd really work with you on missed payments, bill-pay, all the little things that can really add up when life takes a big left turn.
So, when I heard BMO was taking over, I got worried and was about to leave. But they really worked with me from day 1. They sat me down and walked me through all of the new legal jargon and set me up with a new type of savings and even got me a CC with decent APR, even though my credit was still being built up from some past debt.
Every major bank is going to have its issues. But it's about how the bank handles those issues and how well they treat you as a person. I've never received a single overdraft fee since joining almost 3 years ago. I don't get bombarded with spam mail. When I walk into a branch I'm greeted, but not overwhelmed with scripted small talk.
It's honestly the best bank I've used so far since I opened my first account some 25 years ago.
I also want to point out, specifically at this branch, William. He's great and easy to work with every time I come in. Especially when rent is due and I bring in all my 1's and 5's from my cash tips that I set aside.”
“Certainly! Here’s a polished review:
“I had the pleasure of working with Nick Abramovich at Tri Counties Bank, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Nick is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure all my banking needs were met with ease and efficiency. His personalized approach and genuine care for his clients set him apart from anyone I’ve worked with before. If you’re looking for exceptional service and a banker you can trust, Nick is the one to call!””
“I appreciate banking with HCCU. They helped us with a low rate auto loan that is miles below the dealership. Not to mention that they have friendly staff and customer service.. excited to see them grow and we are big supporters in the future.”
“I was hesitant to try the new Folsom Branch since I have been using the Rancho Cordova and Fair Oaks Branches & doubted I'd be as happy with the staff, but they're all just as wonderful! Domonique Simpson helped us with our loan by email & I recommend her, all the tellers, and the new mobile app 100%! There's almost never any need to go into the Branch, but it's still great to have that option. I was able to deposit checks and get a new ATM card in just a few minutes! Thank you Sac CU!”
“Ive been happy with this branch. Overall id rate patelco as a 4. Its not as good as i remeber it being 10 years ago, but id take them over wells fargo or others any day.”
“I had a very pleasant experience at this Wells Fargo branch. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They quickly and easily helped me resolve an issue that another branch couldn’t handle. I really appreciated how efficient and understanding they were.
A special thank you to MACI and her supervisor (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) for their outstanding assistance. Highly recommend this location!”
“It turned out that I, as the customer, knew more about their procedures than their customer service representatives did. Due to their mishandling of my credit card transactions, I incurred extra penalties despite being assured otherwise by the representative. When I brought this concern to the supervisor, they completely ignored me in a pretty rude manner. I visited this branch once, but I won't be returning.
Upd. Their online customer care team reached out and resolved all my issues with great professionalism and care. Many thanks to them!”
“A simple answer.
It is a BofA, and it's located in the Palladio.
Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP.
Thank you, Ashley, you are the best.
You are an asset to BofA, and I hope they will act on it soon because you are a marvelous banker, and you are customer-service adept.

“I have never experienced such excellent customer service with such a complex task. Reyna and Daniel have been so patient and honest with me about my used auto loan with Provident. This was my first auto loan and I was not very educated about it. They walked me through the process before hand so I knew what I was getting myself into. Then once I chose to go with them, they explained every step I had to take and were honest about how things worked. I highly recommend banking and loans with Provident. Thank you for your patience with me and all my questions. I'm so grateful I went with y'all!”
“This bank and the people who work at this branch are great! Always helpful and extremely knowledgable. I think the bad reviews must have been from before Andrew and the new crew came onboard.”
“I have been with Safe Credit Union since 2007. I stay with this bank because they have always met my banking needs. In years past, I have been very satisfied with the customer service I have received. I feel safe with Safe Credit Union Bank. .”
“OMG I had the best experience today everrr! I mean it started off with bad news but the staff was very kind and patient! I'd highly reccomend this branch (:”
“I've gone to this bank several times and have always had a great experience! Everyone that has helped me here has been super kind, helpful, and patient with me with anything that I needed or any questions I had.”
“Almost canceled my appointment today due to a family emergency. Dealing with such tragic news I did not even want to leave the house. But I was pressed for time 2 open up account because i'm refinancing. The minute I walked in I could see manny's energy. He was radiant and glowing. He was radiant and glowing. The customers he was assisting had huge smiles on their face!!Working with him was phenomenal. He is very humble and down to earth. Not only does he know his stuff but he shares information with you and let's you ask as many questions as you want. Today customer service doesn't exist. Manny takes his job serious and and provides excellent customer service. You are an asset to be to BofA!”
“We made an appointment to take care of a family member account. Erin was extremely helpful. All our questions were answered and she helped us file out almost the necessary forms...she was fantastic.”
“First Citizens bank has about 120 locations in California while Wells Fargo has 1,400. FCB is a large national bank but not a giant monster bank. Service falls somewhere in between a small local bank and a giant monster mega bank.FCB has their own website and they have their own way of creating an account, getting help signing in, setting up bill pay, and account transfers. Interbank transfers are a type of ACH and they charge for that. Each type of account has its own rules for fees. As with other banks they might charge for services. This is not unusual. Services include cash deposits or ordering coinage. They offer loans including commercial and building. Their rates might be competitive. Their process might be better than other banks. Their fees might be lower or more fair. Getting a loan will probably require opening an account and making deposits or having a minimum balance.Bankers at First Citizens do claim to provide better service. Customers should hold them accountable for that. I was offered to have a banker pickup my deposits on a weekly basis because the branch is 15-20 min away. I can text my banker if I have questions or concerns. Do they know everything about banking or business? No. Sadly, most bankers don't. One time I was at a different local bank and asked a teller about current events in money markets and she was not only clueless but completely uninterested. I guess you wouldn't expect the garbage man to be interested in what the best kind of garbage bags are.In summary, it's a bank. It does banking things.”
