Called in today to the pharmacy at around 3pm 7/10/23 to ask about a pickup for some medication, the lady ( which had an indian accent) not only was rude but told me that she promised her patients, which to me seems like more of a personal friend that she would (illegaly and against policy) hold the medication for them when its supposed to be a first come first serve basis, and said basically said im out of luck, then telling me that if i wanted it i would have to pay an outrageous fee for a brandname that i couldnt afford, shortly after she was struggling for words as she knew she was in the wrong, then hung up.When it comes to medical conditions and people who urgently need their prescription, this is unacceptable and i strongly do not reccomend this pharmacy located in folsom near the lake. Her attitude and policy knowledge must be dealt with.

The Raley’s pharmacy team is the best. They have always worked hard to ensure that I get the meds I need for my son and that the meds are in stock. Great team of ladies!

The staff at this pharmacy are very helpful and nice, however who ever is involved with staffing and hours needs to be sent to training class on how to run a business!!! The hours of the pharmacy should be the same as the grocery, the bank adjacent to the pharmacy is open way more than the Pharmacy. They open at !0;00 close for lunch around 1:00 and close at 6:00, "Banker Hours". They are even closed on Sundays ???? As wealthy as the Riley's are and how supportive Sacramento and surrounding city's have been to them, they can't afford to have 2 Pharmacists employed to increase their hours??? They can sponsor an expensive Racing team at Laguna Seca, food drives for the less fortunate, contribute to the Sacramento Kings, but to overlook the people who support them, SORRY. Maybe they should just close this pharmacy and we could move our business to Safeway or Walgreens!!! Ken

I am always disappointed with the service here. My doctor sent a prescription over here this morning. I arrived at Raley's at around 1:40 pm only to see the pharmacy closed for lunch with a "return sign" quoting a reopening at 2:10. I stayed in their waiting area and they opened right around the quoted time. I went to the counter and was informed that my prescription was not ready yet and it would be another 10 minutes. More waiting.... I watched the pharmacist filling a number of other orders so I went back to the counter and asked the lady what I was waiting for. Without looking up or making eye contact, she told me that it is not ready yet. More waiting.... She later called me over and gave me the prescription without any apology for the wait. However, she did ask me to wait for the pharmacist to discuss the drug. Even though the pharmacist had just handed her my prescription and she knew that I had been waiting for some time, she did not come right away. More waiting.... Once again, with no apology for the lack of urgency, the pharmacist told me that I should take the medication in the morning at least two hours before eating. I told her that my doctor indicated that there should be at least a fast of 30 minutes. The pharmacist reduced her time to "at least an hour". When I got home, I saw that the medication label indicated a wait time of at least 30 minutes (in agreement with my doctor and contrary to the Raley's pharmacist). I originally had to find a new pharmacist when Bel Air's closed. I have already started looking elsewhere.

The stores are clean, well stocked and have excellent customer service. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program, the coupons and rebates are an excellent value.

The pharmacist named August refused to refill my prescription or even give me one pill as an advance while awaiting for another Raleys to fill it that was closed on a Sunday. August told me to go to the emergency room in the event of having heart complications or heart attack, rather than him give me a one pill advance for the following day.

This has been our go to grocery store for 13 years. Not only because it's convenient, being right down the street, but because the quality of customer service is definitely 5star! We have many other options living in Folsom. You can get organic or basic anywhere. I must say all the employees from baggers to butchers go above and beyond! We have our favorites....Forest in the meat department is definitely one of them. I can't count the number of times I've asked him for help, whether it's with a recipe, picking out the best cut of anything or staying late to cut a $200 prime rib when he already sanitized everything. For what it's worth, we might loose our Folsom butcher, and I just can't fathom seeing him go. If you know who I'm talking about, or even just want to give our local Raley's a shot out... please do so! Just had to show some love to blue ravine Raley's and hope the right people are listening...(corporate) thank you for reading my long post! Please share your opinions and comments, but only if they are positive!!!!

Ever since they flattened the organization at Headquarters, quality has suffered. Is there a correlation? I think I'm done buying salads, soups and other prepared food at Raley's Blue Ravine. Just a few weeks ago I purchased the prepared vegetable soup, got home, heated up and started eating only to pull a hair out of my mouth. I returned it and said that I didn't want my money back but rather have them learn from it. Today I purchased the seafood salad from the deli. I chose the one with the 3/16 expiration date which was in front of the two with yesterday's expiration date. When I poured the dressing it didn't look right so I tested a little on my finger and sure enough it's rancid. I'm still not going to ask for my money back but it's a shame that they're leaving expired food on the shelves. This is not the first time I've noticed. Definitely check the yogurts as well.

You have to hand it to Raley's. Every location pretty much knocks it out of the park in terms of quality and selection. Raley's is the best of both worlds - your old school grocery store combined with something more fancy and exclusive, like the Sacramento Coop. If it weren't for the overall higher-than-average prices, I'd probably be shopping here a lot more often. This is an easily accessible location in a sprawling suburban neighborhood. The staff our friendly, the register traffic usually manageable and the selection, as I mentioned, fantastic. I like their beer options and they usually have a number of popular brands that are strangely hard to find elsewhere.

9/24/2018: I truly have high expectations for Raley's transforming into a completely non-GMO/organic store like Good Earth Market located in Fairfax CA . . . Everything at Good Earth regardless, are organic from produce to non-perishable products which I hope and pray, Raley's will wholeheartedly accept Good Earth as an organic retail market as their mentor and as an exemplary role model. Unfortunately, Raley's has a long way progressing towards completely selling organic, non-GMO, and partioning the entire store separating the organic/non-GMO products from the GMO products. More importantly, Raley's must also have their buyers purchase exclusively humane meat products which are sustainable, i.e., grass fed, cage free, free from using antibiotics and these meat products must NOT be intermingled with the inhumane butchering methods-EVER! Furthermore, Raley's must eliminate the #3, #4, #8 produce which uses pesticides from sharing the same area as the organic, i.e., #9's! The pesticide produce must be separated and located on the left side of the produce isle while the organic produce should be shelved on the right side of the produce isle! It's time correctly organizing the store so, Raley's Customers may easily shop the products they daily consume rather than, searching all over the store attempting finding the items they want. Every Monday, Raley's incites their $5.00 deals which is a hodge-podge of GMO and maybe one or two organic products which are cool promotions; however, I request Raley's offers $5.00 organic/non-GMO products promoted SOLELY on Tuesdays!
