Raley's Pharmacy is wonderful and the best. The team is caring, courteous, and great. They are always very helpful and efficient with any questions. Staff members work hard to ensure medications are in stock and handle requests with incredible kindness, professionalism, patience, and empathy. They take extra steps and obtain override approvals to provide a smooth experience, even in urgent situations. The service is energetic and deserves recognition. Customers are thankful they are there and never made to feel like a burden. It is the best move to make.
This pharmacy takes too long to refill prescriptions when you call in the request. It makes absolutely no sense why it should take as long as it does.
