SAFE Credit Union is a bank that has met customers' banking needs for many years. People feel safe with this credit union. While some note service is not as friendly as a previous institution, many have had generally good experiences and would recommend others to try them out. Specific branches receive high praise for helpful service. Staff have been noted to help customers with last-minute transactions, like wire transfers, quickly and happily. In other cases, branch supervisors are commended for their patience, for listening to issues, and for resolving problems directly and efficiently. For years if I have had a request ot needed some questions answered, i ask for Joanne Witworth, she is the best at customer service, so helpful and knowledgeable, she is an asset to Safe Credit Union.

I received excellent help today with setting up autopay for my vehicle loan. The Safe C.U. employee that assisted me was Samantha Watkins , she was very knowledgeable , helpful and professional.
