They take the time to explain prescriptions in detail, provide solid advice, and resolve issues quickly, such as contacting insurance carriers directly. Customers report feeling confident and appreciative of the care shown, with many noting the outstanding and second-to-none customer service that makes the pharmacy worth a special trip. The staff is recognized for making every effort to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, even when very busy. In addition to filling and transferring prescriptions, the pharmacy offers a variety of services including flu vaccinations, shingles shots, COVID shots, back-to-school vaccines, safe drug disposal, and pet prescriptions. I am so happy I switched to this pharmacy. Having dealt with a disorganized pharmacy in the past, Safeway Pharmacy is consistently efficient. Even when it gets super busy, they are extremely fast getting you through the line quickly. Phoebe is also super friendly at the front cashier.
