“Not only are the employee' kind and incredibly helpful, but they are extremely knowledgeable as well. I haven't met too many people (within the medical field) who are so well rounded. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a compounding pharmacy!”

“amazing people and customer service that easily rivals all others. they have a line that you can text and they will respond almost immediately. incredibly helpful and accomodating. i live an hour and a half from this pharmacy and when they heard that, they were quick to help me set up shipments so that i dont have to make that drive monthly. there was a bit of a complication with one of my shipments so i texted them, and the matter was resolved within 25 minutes of my initial text! thank you to all the staff of the compounding pharmacy!! 10/10!”

“Today my husband and I stopped in to receive the 2023 updated Covid-19 vaccine, recommended as well from my doctor for pregnancy. We also purchased some allergy meds, including one comparable to Zyrtec since my allergies worsened during pregnancy. And I have to say I felt an instant relief of my symptoms! There's something about CVS that I just love! They have great sales, accessories, gift options, a convenient pharmacy and even offer vaccines! This location is no exception, the staff are always so helpful and sweet and everything is well organized! I would highly recommend this location and we'll continue to support them! I'll be back most likely in a couple weeks to get my Flu vaccine that was also recommended by my doctor! SYOY! :-)”

“I first came to Sam's this past October and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of items and how different they were from Costco's, whom I also have a membership with. I wasn't expecting to be wowed by anything but I was, and ended up signing up for a membership and their credit card right then and there. They have a lot of different items than Costco and at really affordable prices. For instance, they have a large selection of cakes and cupcakes, along with different party platters, at really affordable prices. If you have kids and they want to take goodies for their class, for instance, I highly recommend Sam's. I saw a box of 30 cupcakes there for $15, which is super cheap! We usually go to Raley's for classroom cupcakes but they are more expensive and come in a quantity of 12 per box, so we have to get at least 3 boxes to accommodate the entire class. We came back to Sam's this past weekend to shop for appetizers our son's birthday party. We went to Costco first to see if we saw anything we liked but they didn't have the variety that Sam's did. We bought ceviche, shrimp cocktail, sushi platters, a veggie tray, a fruit and cheese platter, pinwheels, pasta salad, and a huge cookie variety platter (84 cookies total!) from Sam's. All these items were a hit and 95% of the appetizers were devoured by our guests with very few leftovers. While we love Costco and go there at least a few times a week (we call Costco our second home), we absolutely love the variety and lower prices that Sam's offers. The only thing keeping us from going back to Sam's more often is that it's about 20 minutes away from us vs. the 5-minute drive we have to Costco. Even if you have a Costco membership and love Costco as much as we do, you can greatly benefit from a Sam's membership.”

“I would like to thank Brad and his staff for the wonderful service they provide. Tamme and Hydee have been so helpful over the past few months, I've had new prescriptions and they both take the time to explain in detail instructions on how and when to take the medicines. The Technicians including Nick, Nicky and Phoebe are just fantastic. They don't get any better.Thank you Safeway Pharmacy”

“Stopped by at Folson to charge our Tesla.itnonly took about 5 minutes to charge our Tesla and we are ready to go again. Went to this Sam's club on a Sunday at around 10am. The store was pretty empty and there were no lines on the check out stations. We went to buy 2 pizza combos and used the restrooms. The restroom was clean and the service was fast.”

“The pharmacy and pharmacist are wonderful. They personalize the experience. They are adamant about making sure you don't get a dangerous concoction of medicine ordered by the doctor. We would never leave. 4 stars because I feel the manager of the store will not open the other entrance to the store. Except randomly for whatever reason. Why should a customer walk from their car all the way to one end of the store when they need the garden, auto, pet supplies or pharmacy that is at the other end of the store where there is a enter/exit customer door. Some of us are in our 70's and can be an exhausting walk. Once in a while you can pray that this day he has allowed it to be unlocked, you can't tell until you walk up to it,it's the luck of the draw. Very irritating and complained by many customers young and old!”

“I'm a Costco person at heart, but there are some items that Sam's Club has that Costco does not. Sam's Club is definitely not as crowded as Costco, so that helps with saving time. But then again, they don't have most of the items I usually get haha.If you don't have the Sam's Club App, I highly recommend you download it. Their "Scan & Go" is an awesome feature that I didn't know I needed. You don't have to stand in line for check out. You are your own cashier, so if you feel you were over charged by scanning an item more than once, you only have yourself to blame haha. The convenience factor of their "Scan & Go" feature is a huge plus over Costco. I mean, what's really the point of the Costco app aside from showing your digital membership card haha.”

“I was surprised how much I enjoy having a Sam's Club membership. They have different items than Costco so I've benefited from having both memberships. They also have the same departments as Costco like the cafe, bakery, pharmacy, optical, and tire shop. A big plus is that they don't have the same long lines. They have a pretty good return policy as well. I've never had to wait in a very long line for returns. The tire shop is good and I was able to get replacement tires under warranty. They only charge a $20 labor fee per tire. But the staff there is pretty slow to help customers. They also left a the lug wrench on when they were driving the car out. Fortunately nothing was damaged. They open at 8:00am for plus customers which is nice because it's an hour earlier than Costco. The biggest "pro" they have over Costco is the "Scan and Go" feature on the Sam's club app. You can scan and checkout your own items and never have to wait in a cashier line.”

“The Raley’s pharmacy team is the best. They have always worked hard to ensure that I get the meds I need for my son and that the meds are in stock. Great team of ladies!”

“3 pumps per aisle at the Costco gas station, we were in and out within less than 30min. This is our go to gas station when traveling to and from Tahoe. It's affordable and the service is very quick.”

“I highly appreciated the help I got from the clerk at the counter she walked me over to what I was asking for, and we both didn't find it. Then she made an extra effort to look down a different aisle and find the product. I was actually looking for. She went the extra mile to find What I was looking for. I can honestly say that is very rare these days in retail. And I so appreciate it. I wish I would've gotten her name. It was a Friday around 10:30 AM and I hope her supervisor sees this review.”

“This is a decent Rite Aid location. They are usually well-stocked, the staff is usually friendly, and I'm usually able to find whatever I come in for.(Pro-tip: Rite Aid has surprisingly good deals on alcoholic beverages.)This store was partially remodeled within the last few years, after a car drove through the side of the building. (Seriously, what is up with the residents of Folsom driving through retail stores? The same thing has happened at Raley's and Starbucks.)Earlier today, I posted pictures of the new garden center inventory. They have lots of cute stuff, and it's almost always on sale. This time of year, the sale is only 25% off, but it'll probably hit 50% off by spring, and 75% off by fall. If there are any bicycle planters left by fall, they might become part of my collection. A few weeks ago, while shopping in this store, I noticed signs on the (fully stocked) ice cream freezers which read, "ICE CREAM NOT FOR SALE." Now, I'm curious. What was going on with the ice cream? Why was it there, but not for sale? If it's not for sale, why not move it to the back freezer? Do they not have a back freezer? If it was spoiled, why wasn't it thrown in the trash? Was it waiting to be donated to the food bank? Was it perfectly good ice cream that just hadn't been scanned in yet? I have so many questions.Anyway, the main reason I shop at this store is for the pharmacy, where I usually receive great service, with a few exceptions. I've actually had to come in three separate times this week, and the first two times were good experiences. The third trip has a backstory: About five months ago, I came in to pick up a three month supply of birth control. The pharmacist told me that I was only getting a two month supply, instead of three, because they were out of stock. He assured me that he would make it up to me next time-- but he never did. This afternoon, when I called to refill my prescription, I was told by the young male pharmacy assistant that I was too early. This is upsetting for a few reasons.First, they still owe me a whole month's supply that they never gave me! That's the last time I'll trust the pharmacist on his word alone, without a note or something. Why wasn't it notated on my file, as promised? Where did my prescription go? Did one of the employees sell it? Is there a Dr. Richard Sharpe situation going on?Second, according to CA law, I should be able to receive a whole year's supply at once. Last year, they were making me come in every single month. After my supply came in late two months in a row, I ended up throwing a fit (you can't just mess with my hormones and expect me not to get moody), and then they started giving me three months at a time. Third, I should be able to skip a week out of every single month, and it's honestly not my pharmacist's business if I do. This is a personal decision that is between me and my doctor. I should be able to pick up my yearly supply up to three months early, theoretically.Fourth, it's important to take birth control on a regular schedule, in order to prevent things like acne and pregnancy. Randomly changing the schedule can mess with your mood, along with a lot of other things that I would rather not mention in a Yelp review. So, to have a young man in his twenties (who I'm guessing has never taken birth control) deny me my medication was upsetting. Luckily, when I called my doctor, she straightened things out, and I was ultimately able to receive the medicine on time. By the time I came in, the young man had been replaced by a young woman, who was much more understanding and helpful. That being said, the reason I docked a star is actually for the nightmarish restrooms, which were somehow missed during the partial remodel. If my rating were for the restrooms alone, it would be a negative five. Of course, I'm only able to speak for the female restroom, but it's always dirty, has multiple broken soap dispensers attached to the walls, and rarely has usable soap.”

“I was kind of hesitant about going to a new pharmacy after moving, but this place is great! The pharmacist and assistants are very friendly and helpful, and they fill orders surprisingly quickly. One time I brought in 6 paper prescriptions for meds for an upcoming surgery, and they were like "yeah just give us like 15 minutes and we'll have it all ready for you." And they did! Another time there was a mistake where one of my prescriptions was filled as a three month supply instead of a one month supply. The employee caught the mistake, asked me about it, and fixed it in like two minutes. I'm so glad I decided to try out this location!”

“This is one of the most organized CVSs in the Sacramento area. All the shelves are clean and filled with merchandise or medicine. An employee even walked by and asked if he could help. It was hard to get from CVS or Walgreens anymore. The store still looks old, but clean and well maintained. Most of the items are in stock. The parking lot is safe, and easy to park my car in front of the store.”

“I've never had an issue at this store. The drive thru pharmacy is always courteous, and if there is a wait, it isn't too long. The service inside has been fine too. Not sure why it's rated so low, so just wanted to share my experience.”
