I haven't been to this Verizon for a couple of years and that's for a good reason. However I do need to go there today and I am dreading the visit. I'll come back and give another review if I see that customer service has changed I hope it has.

Amazing customer service. I live an hour away and have Verizon stores in my town but will only go to this location in the future.

Tip: Use the online scheduling tool rather than just walk in. Much better experience. Lots of people waiting and I just walked in and got stuff done. Knowledgeable staff.
