“Definitely recommend going to the store in person if you are able to. Drove in from Reno looking to get into aggressive inline skating and the owner, Gil, was very accomodating and took the time to find the best fit for me! Awesome store!”
“Great place. I sometimes never think about Smart & final but it has all the things you'd expect out of a grocery store and more. Prices are really great.”

“Great shopping experience at Costco. The warehouse is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient, even during busy hours. The checkout process moved quickly, and the food court remains a great value. Parking can get crowded at peak times, but the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommend for bulk shopping, quality products, and good customer service.”

“This Costco is one of the better ones in terms of customer service. Staff helped me find what i needed at a different location even though they did not have it there. Other stores i have been too wouldn't have done the same. Thank You!”
“Smart & Final Roseville is very organized and a clean store with amazing friendly staff. Shelves are always stocked & fresh produce are always in good quality & quantity. I love how it's spacious enough to roam around and easy to check on items you normally get. Value of money is worth it as they have great deals daily. I love visiting this store.”
“Hi Breezy,
I wanted to take the time to thank you for your assistance and thoughtful service in helping me order the replacement jets for our Jacuzzi! Naturally, it was a little extra work on your end since there's a million different models, styles and sizes, but your research along with providing me the jet placement diagram made it simple and easy, and I sincerely appreciate it!
We all know people will always take the time out of their day to complain about things in life, but rarely compliment when it's deserved, and you deserve it!
Thank you once again and keep up the outstanding work!”
“I am confused about some of these reviews. Today is May 23, 2026. I have placed 8 orders since January 1st and all have arrived promptly.
As for other customer service, i have been treated very fairly when products did not meet my expectations.
Additionaly, the offered (essentially) a bulk price discount when i was putting together a seminar. Not really a discoubt, but the ability to place a large order if i wanted.
These are good people.”

“I have been shopping at RC Willey for 20 years and the delivery team never disappoints, they have excellent customer service! Unlike their competitors, they always make sure you are satisfied with the placement of furniture before just leaving. They are also friendly like they know you. It makes you feel comfortable having them in your house. Thanks for 20 years of excellent customer service!”
“Truck drivers stop complaining about anything I think overall this place is OK but not for new driver because of spots are very tight and very busy truck in and out might take a longer than you expect be happy about it”
