“Occasionally swing by this branch for their atm. Parking is always available, and atm is never busy. Updated to the newer 200 bill atm which is wayyyyy better than the stupid 30 bill ones they used to have. Will update review if I ever go inside, but for now will stick with 4. “I've been a G1 member for over 45 years. With the exception of one bad experience at the Rancho Cordova branch with a teller (who is no longer there) I've always received exceptional customer service. Naturally around the first of the month and holidays there's more of a wait. So I just avoid going in the branch at those times if I can. The Folsom branch has been consistently top notch. Tellers David, Judy and a Caucasian brunette whose name I don't recall have been particularly helpful, patient and understanding with my daughter whose job includes tips that take extra time to count. My transactions are less time-consuming and I've had only the most professional, efficient and courteous treatment. Thanks G1 ~ I appreciate your service!”
