“This 5 star review is for Robert. I asked him who do I see for a wire transfer. Robert kept it professional and said sorry we're short staff at the moment and it can't be done today, but if you pull up your Wells Fargo app you can do it that way. Me not knowing what to do. He literally walked me step by step on how to do it. Even showed me some new things on my phone I never knew before. As I'm finishing up I over heard another employee ask him if he was off. He replied yes but I'm helping with a wire transfer. Robert didn't have stay any later then he had to but he did. My wire transfer went through today because of him. Thanks Robert!”

“This branch is located in the Sierra Lakes Village shopping center. For us, it's around the corner and we have used it for personal and business banking for more than 10 years. I usually come here about once a week, most recently today and was able to walk right up to the window. Tellers have been friendly and helpful and I never have any problems with my transactions. This afternoon I didn't have to wait, but depending on the time of day or especially around the first of the month, the lines can be longer, but I'm sure that's not much different at any other bank. There are 2 ATMs outside and they do have a drive-thru. The parking lot directly outside the bank is not very big, but there are more spaces available in the rest of the shopping center.”
“I work for a property management company and I go every month to deposit monthly rent.The girls there are very helpful and work pretty quickly. I have never had an issue with checks being lost or batches not being counted properly. I’ve been to other chase banks around the area and I always have issues with tellers not counting batches correctly, which is an issue I’ve never had at this location. This is by far the best chase bank in the area in my opinion.”

“Every single time I come in there's always just one teller attending customers always big lines came during my lunch and spent all hour here waiting to do a simple transaction that can't be done at the ATM I think it's time for a dif bank that can afford to hire more peopleUpdate it's been a while Since my last review, I continue to bank with citi and this specific location. And since then, they have more tellers working. I have not waited more than 5 minutes in line on different occasions. I must say I'm very pleased. I can now run bank errands and actually go get lunch during my lunch hour, no problem I just wish that there was more banks and atms available but they are actually very hard to find”

“I was hesitant to go due to the reviews, but I went to experience myself. Guess what? From the time I stepped in, the greeter greeted me with a smile and a "Good morning ", and asked how I can be helped. Then she walked me to the teller line. Very friendly and assisted me. Then Ana assisted me with my transaction with an awesome smile and enthusiasm as well. I only waited in line maybe 5 min. Ana was very thorough and clear. She guided me cuz i didn't know the procedure (I'm old). Very friendly, organized and clean. Security was present and alert, friendly as well. Overall I'm glad that I went and maybe the other bad reviews were just either off days or the clients were having a bad day. I will go back and refer to my friends.”
