“This is my credit union. I have been with Altura credit union since the 1980/1990s. On several occasions I have been assisted by Robert Resendiz. And I have to say he epitomizes Altura credit Union. I have been absolutely impressed with this credit union. They have always been there for me no matter what I have needed from them. They have contacted me on many occasions when a purchase has seemed to be "iffy". The purchase is then held until I either approve it or disapprove it. And I appreciate that so much. And as I said above, Robert epitomizes Altura credit union. He is so very friendly and pleasant to work with. He is knowledgeable about everything. When I have had a question, he knows exactly what to do or how to answer that question. At times he has given me options on my questions. I always feel like my account is safe in his hands. And I'm just always happy when he's available to meet with when I go there. I have recommended Altura credit union to my friends. And many of them have changed their accounts to Altura credit union. The service and hands-on help that I get from Altura is one of the many reasons I do that. And employees like Robert, I am certain, is why people keep going back. Also, they have a great online option. It's very easy to maneuver through. And you can do all sorts of banking through it. Just another reason Altura is a fantastic credit union. And if you have trouble with the online banking, there is someone you can call to get help with that too...someone very knowledgeable and able to help you with any problem or confusion you have.
