“Love this place. Always fast and convenient. Isaiah is a great employee and is always super helpful and friendly! The only thing I don’t like is that around half of the vacuums are low pressure so you really have to memorize which are the better ones if you’re a regular.”

“This place has the BEST customer service! I always feel like I am part of the family when I enter the door. Chris is always there for me and answers any questions I have. He is very knowledgable and stands by his products. I noticed that there was another location that opened up in Fontana, so I decided to give it a shot... I did NOT like my experience there. So uncomfortable! I did not end up buying anything and walked out the door and drove RIGHT back to Chris at this location. I highly HIGHLY suggest going to this location over that one ANY DAY. “Fantastic car wash..this place has the washing down to a science. Most other of these types of car washing facilities don't do a good job washing let alone drying..but at Jet Speed both were done right. The only complaint I have is we went there at night time on our second visit and it was to dark in the vacuuming stalls to really see the floors or the seats. But overall this is the best place around us here in Rialto and Fontana for sure.”

“I don't typically stop here or go here for gas. One night I bought vape equipment here, but the box was empty. (It was an inside job.) I had opened the box inside the gas station. The employee woman was understandable about it and replaced it with a new one free of charge.”

“Easy access in and out, roomy lot with plenty of space to navigate. After filling my tank, I decided to try the new car wash and was surprised at how clean it got my car (because you know how bad some quick washes can be!). Give the wash time to respond--it will flash red and then take a minute to actually begin, be patient. Clerk was nice; store was clean and set up with Covid-19 precautions.”
“The car washing service was good, although there were a few spots that were missed, but they were easy to wipe off. The location is convenient and not crowded, making it a great overall experience. I'll definitely be returning.
Update: By "missed a few spots," I mean that for some reason, the water did not sprinkle evenly over the entire exterior. Areas around the mirrors and the tires were still dusty after the wash, and I'm not sure if that's normal.”
“I filled up my gas every Friday and my gas asked me for a long time when I go inside to pay employees they're the manager there they're very nice people and when I wash my car there they don't tell me nothing I can do what I Gotta do and that's it I recommend people to go there because it is better and the gas is cheaper honestly you guys might put Bad reviews on them but you guys might be the ones who are rude and disrespectful a little advice if you guys can't respect them they won't respect you so I decide for you guys to respect them”
“I visited this truck shop on 10/9/2020 my truck has a rear seal leaking. Henry helped me to replaced it. He was very professional and nice. He explained me the problem about the leak. Great job Henry.”

Limited pump stations, so if this was full, I would've just driven further to another.Paid at the pump, didn't bother going inside to pay cash.Prices were surprisingly lower than Arco just down the street. Credit for lowest octane was $3.99.”
“I went to Splash Car was and the service was exceptional. My car was really dirty inside and out. And I wasn’t sure how clean they would be able to get it. I must say I was astonished!!!!! My car looks like it was detailed truly. Today the temperature was 109 degrees and the employee were out in that heat and did not skip on the details. Thank you so much for supurb service. I will definitely be returning and sharing with everyone I know”
“Before I went there I read a lot of the reviews and there were people saying that the owner come up and was telling them how to wash their car and telling him how far to pull up and how to do the wash by yourself. Here's the thing The owner is Asian I believe and that is just how they are he doesn't mean anything by it but he wants you to do it the right way so you have the best experience. He's the owner he knows where your bumpers should be to where the hose goes all the way around your vehicle without hitting your vehicle. He also came up when I was doing my wheels and tires I just spray the tire cleaner on there let it sit and then rinse it off with high pressure he came up and told me no you got to use the brush that's attached to the sprayer that spraying the tire cleaner. Mmmm. I didn't put that together but it freaking worked My truck came out looking really really good so thank you ponderosa. I highly recommend going here too wash your own vehicle.”

“I was very hesitant of coming here but I’m glad I did, the staff was super friendly and helped me get the best wash for my car the girls at the register are always welcoming and super friendly when you come in ! The price is reasonable compared to another car wash down the street from this one. I understand the wait time might be inconvenient for some but then again, you’re coming to a car wash where they’re doing the job FOR YOU, it’s also a HAND WASH not a drive thru wash so, yes there is a wait time and if it’s not something for you then I would recommend going somewhere else. Overall I love coming here, after your 10 washes you can get a free one so that’s a plus ? . Great service and great staff !Services: Scratch removal”

“I hit them up just before closing. There was no line, no waiting. Even though they were already cashed out for the day, they accepted me last minute. All the staff was very friendly and my car came out beautiful. As I do all my reviews, I am exercising full transparency. I bought the most expensive car. Wash was $42 and I tipped the man $10 so it came out to about $52
