“I am part of the family who owns and operates this carwash. I am unable to message orReply to any reviews on here so I wanted to make a few key points for everyone to know when using our facility, to make your experience smooth and easy, and avoid any misconceptions or problems.I’ve read most of the reviews and will clear a few things up, as we are family owned and operated and do our best to provide the best service and products for our customers. I can assure you that we are the absolute best at what we do and the products we provide when comparing to other Self Service Car wash facilities.Here are a few tips and solutions if you encounter any issues:1. At the front of each stall, And above both bill changing areas, we have signs posted with the phone number that anybody can call in the event of equipment, failure or money loss due to equipment failure . This Number is routed to an Actual person, not an automated recording, and you will be able to get an answer on what to do if you are unable to find an employee on duty. (We do staff our facility with employees that are on duty from 8 AM to 5 PM seven days a week with the exception of their lunch break, which is typically around noon. Please feel free to call that number in the event you have an issue and cannot find the employee.We do have employees on call during the night hours and who also Surveillance our camera system to ensure the safety of our gas and any possible damages or theft, which made her otherwise throughout the night. (We have over 30 cameras on this property, all of which have AI Technology that can and will be used when crime is committed, we do not store the data otherwise, but if anything happens to you or someone, you may know please inform us and the local police and we will obtain the footage and information necessary)2. Credit card payments: like many other credit card services there is a pre-charge that will show up in the amount of $10 and once you complete your car wash it deduct what you didn’t use off of that $10. The reason it does this is to prevent fraud and also to make sure you have the money in your account to cover the car wash. If you run up to the maximum amount of time that is allowed for one swipe which is $10. This will happen at the vacuums and at the stalls where you wash but like I said it does deduct off of that $10. So, for example, if you were to wash your car and you only ran four minutes then it would only charge you three dollars which is the start of time and you would see the $10 turned into three dollar charge. I’ve never had anybody come back with the complaint for the refund after I’ve instructed them to give it at least 24 hours to see that charge change, and if they don’t they can contact us and we will gladly take care of the issue. a please do keep in mind if you swipe your card and the machine starts in immediately shuts off more than once that means that there’s not enough money in your account. And you won’t be able to swipe that is why does the $10 pre-charge.3. if, for any reason you were asked to move from one stall to the other or one vacuum to the other, there is a specific reason for that, and it’s most likely that the equipment is failing or maybe a motor has burned out or even a coin jam, and it may take a couple extra minutes to resolve the issue. Therefore, we move that customer to another stall to ensure you get in and out in a timely manner and we can fix the issue without any stress of you waiting and having to rush the process, which may cause more issues. And when these events happen, I can assure you that everybody who works here should Be reimbursing you for the time that you lost and then turning on the machine for you when you move. This is to make sure that our customers stay happy and we have a less stressful work environment when having to fix an issue. At the end of the day we are family owned and operated in. This is what feeds our family we do not want disgruntled customers, and we understand the inconvenience any issues may cause our customers, we appreciate you all”

“When I walked into Smart Prep I was frustrated with my insurance company and stressed out because other body shops told me I’d be without my car for 4 weeks or more. Joe said “Car accidents are stressful enough. Getting your car fixed shouldn’t be.” They made good on that promise. They dealt with the insurance company, and let me keep my car while the parts were on order (which is pretty much on heard of.). Because of that, the actual time my car was in the shop was less than a week, and it looks great. I couldn’t be happier.”

“Very helpful employees. I drove up to this establishment and walked inside because I was having trouble breathing. I let the guy clerk know and asked if it'd be ok to sit there until I was able to calm myself down. I felt safer in a public place in case an ambulance needed to get called. The clerk lent me a chair and after about twenty minutes I felt calm enough to leave. I thank the employees for their thoughtfulness and professionalism.”

“Great place, and cool people! Memberships are totally worth it, letting you roll quickly through the car wash and vacuum out the inside after, every day of the month if you'd like! Even if you cruise through once a week though, you get more than your moneys worth. Don't get me wrong, the wash is not perfect, but excellent for how quick it is! And if you have the extra time to vacuum out the inside of you car for a quick detail job and invest a little elbow grease with a dry towel, your ride can look fresh and clean every day usually in under 10 minutes which is a huge win in my book! “I've come here twice now for car washes. First time, no issues. Second time, I tried to put in $5.00 worth of quarters for a 10 minute car wash, but the machine ate my quarters and only gave me 5 minutes or so. I accepted it and began washing my car. I have no idea why or how, but the attendant came up to me and asked if I tried to put in 10 minutes worth of time but didn't get it. I said yes. He said no worries and put in some tokens to get me the 10 minutes that I paid for. That was just so kind and unexpected - I truly appreciated it. This happened half an hour before they closed too. Awesome customer service from that dude!”

“I been coming here since 2000 oh boy do I miss the old owners you can see a lot changes less people to dry car but they still have a good drying system. Takes longer cause many workers have left. I considered going somewhere else but I love the hand wash on my car. If I had to go through a machine then I can go to am/pm so for that I'll stick it out. You just have to tell them a little more about when it comes to drying. I called one of those mobile car washes shoot they want $150-200 just to wash and regular clean inside. Please. No way! Ever”
