El Torito Market & Bakery is a hidden gem and a little piece of gold in Fontana. It is a clean and pleasant family-owned carniceria and bakery. The meat selection is top quality, with some of the best marinated carne asada from the area, which is fresh, tasty, and very tender. The prepared ranchera and chicken for grilling are also really good. The freshly made chicharron is soo good, and the bakery's pan dulce is delicious. The produce is very fresh. Customers can find Mexican products without the long wait lines at other stores. The staff is always very friendly. Prices are reasonable, though some note the prepared meats can be expensive. It is a recommended stop for a family barbecue or gathering.

Really some of the best marinated carne asada from the area, fresh and tasty, very tender too, we always stop by to get a good amount of meat to host our family and friends.
