“Today is July 17th 2026 and we went to stater brothers and bought our normal groceries. The lady that I remember most. I think her name was Ellie or Elsa. She's short well, she's short compared to me. I'm like 511, so everybody's short to me. But I would say she's like 5 foot 25 foot 4 and I don't mean that in a bad way. But just to distinguish who she is and she had long brown hair and glasses, and she was very nice... and she was actually walking around the store. Asking people directly, hi, how are you? Do you need help finding anything? And I was so taken aback by that I've been going to that state or brothers for about 10 years now. And everyone is really nice there. But nobody has ever like gone out of their way to ask me, can I help you find something? And I know the store really well. Because I've been going there for forever. But I was like, wow, and then she rang me out, and she was just as nice and polite. It was just it was like a breath of fresh air. It's been a long time since we've gotten like customer service. Where we're like, oh okay? That's noticeable the last person who really stood out to me was another lady. I think her name was Reneta, or Rishana... i don't know I can't remember her name but she was so good.She always made me smile when I went in there.And this lady is doing the same thing.It was just really refreshing...”

“It’s hard to find a good meat market, this little jewel is great from the minute you walk in, Kim is so welcoming and help with any questions. The carne asada is top tier, the Mango habanero chicken is next level and the home made salsa wow. Found out it’s also family owed so make it even better.”

“I had the absolute best experience today with a cashier named Gilbert at Stater Bros. He is genuinely the friendliest person I’ve ever met. When he asked how my day was and I said “good, how about you?” he replied, “I have the opportunity to help you today, and that’s all I need.”
That kind of positivity and kindness is rare and so refreshing. He is pure joy in human form protect this man at all costs. Stater Bros is incredibly lucky to have someone like Gilbert representing them.”

“I would love to share my experience today , Mikey was so kind and he went out of his way to help my grandmother who is disabled. He also helped her by grabbing her groceries she couldn’t reach . and helped her find the things on her list ? Larisa and Ángel were also very kind and generous they asked if we found everything and every time we come in they are very helpful Angel bagged everything nice and neat I would recommend this store . These are my two favorite checkers and key. ????”

“This Butcher Shop is very clean and they have excellent meat for everything you need. The butchers give you your meat however you ask for it.
The manager is very friendly as is customer service.”
“Went to one item get to the register and lady closes to get a tank of propane. Don't they have someone else to do that.. she completely shuts down register and leaves for 15 min , did she have to go to the restroom before she came back . Just saying ?”
“I don’t normally post reviews here but i just had to with the customer service provided by one of the workers Andy! i was lost in the store and ready to leave until he noticed and made sure i left satisfied! definitely choose this stater bros over any other grocery store! They care!”
“We were craving pupusas and these hit the spot! We paid at the cashier and then gave her our receipt with our order. She is legit (!!) and makes them fresh when they’re ordered, so we waited 10-15 minutes but it was well worth it. She has a spicy and non spicy salsa and we got one of each. We ate at the counter they had with 3 chairs so we could experience them nice and fresh. We paid $16-17 for two orders of two revueltas. She is also really nice! Highly recommend:)”
“For a liquor store they have an exceptional amount on things to sell. From clothing to hygiene to food and miscellaneous things. Alcohol is also in a large selection and the staff are very very positive and friendly. It also seems like alot of people always win at scratcher there too!”

“Friendly staff but they is always a sticker on expiration date and when I remove the sticker it is a different date maybe they are giving expired food. But only on few it could be the store or the stock I don’t know.”
“I come in twice a week for a bag of fresh baked bread, bollilos, they were still warm and perfect for a filling sandwich. They also have the best prices on fresh produce.”
