I had a great experience while renting storage space at the extra storage facility on foothill blvd in Fontana Ca. This is the second extra space facility that I have had the person handing me the keys mislead me in the services that are offered in what I’m paying, and then I speak to somebody who rudely calls me and says none of those things are part of our policies these are what our policies are and then refuse to refund my money until it’s convenient for them And by this time I’ve already gone through many months of having to deal with them being very disrespectful to come aggressively yelling at me from across the facility. And also, they do false advertisement on their 24 hour access. It is a lie at all of their facilities and they do charge a tier for more money. That includes that

Very easy online rental. Storage unit was ready as soon as I got there and was even given a free lock for my unit. Once there, the manager (Stephen banks) pulled up to my unit and was very kind and welcoming. He showed me how to use the lock and offered me some extra tips on how to use the facility. I’ve since recommended others to this facility for their storage needs.
