Ron is a great manager at the Fontana office. The person that works in San Bernardino is he literate it takes in 40 minutes for each customer I never rather pay $30 to go to Fontana and I stay in San Bernardino.

I have been renting from Hertz for almost 4 months now. I used to be an Enterprise renter for years but Hertz Car Rental sold me with better prices and more great offers, I highly recommend joining their free Gold Membership as well. The guys here in the Sierra Ave office are so awesome, they're very professional and fast at what they do (10/10). I am always in and out of the office real quick. The other thing I love about Hertz Car Rental is their App it's so easy to navigate through and make reservations and it reminds you of your reservation. BIG THUMBS UP to the guys in the Sierra Ave office. Thank you for such a great experience from the get go. Keep up the amazing work that you both do!
Update: still renting with Hertz and I can't express more of what an outstanding job Ron has done. His services have been superb every single visit. We became like family. Its still a 10/10 for me with Hertz.. Thanks Ron for everything

I rented a car there this week. Upon returning the car, no one was there on the yard to direct me on where to park the car. There were no signs, nothing to let me know where to return a rental. So I parked the car in a safe place. After I parked the car and got out of the vehicle, a guy ran up to me and yelled, “YOU CAN’T PARK THE CAR THERE MA’AM!!!” You need to park the car by the wall over there!!! I told him how was I suppose to know where to park the car, there was no one there to let me know what to do. I parked the car where he instructed. But, what really got me was the tone in his voice. The way he said it. There were people around who heard the interchange, which left me embarrassed and humiliated. Especially , since I am a senior. It was a busy day close to closing, however, you don’t take out your frustration on the customers. I will never rent a car there again.

Cic and Ron went above and beyond. Cic explained everything in detail, no hidden fees. Ron made the selection of the vehicle easy and smooth. Upon return, he allowed me to wait inside prior to them officially being opened, while I waited for my Uber. After disappointment after disappointment with Uber he took it upon himself to close the experience on a better note. Forever grateful for your attentiveness, Ron. God bless. This is where I will be referring my family and friends moving forward.

Stay away from this place, Roy the manager will scam you out your money force you to upgrade when he wasn't supposed to upgrade. Had the managers special he tried to force me in a 2 door utility truck then made me upgrade just to get a regular car. Called customer service and now they have to give me a refund cause they stated he wasn't supposed to do that. Then. Roy calls me telling me he has the car on repo statues and I can't extend my days.Also tried to say you can't close your bill out with another form of payment which customers service said that is a lie as well stay away from this place at all cost. When I tried to have a civil conversation with Roy he wasn't using any customer service just kept cutting me off like I was arguing with him when I was simply trying to have a conversation with him about what customer services explained to me. They get zero stars don't see how he still has his job with all the bad reviews referring him alone.

They don't have enough cars here to properly serve the area. Be aware that the car you reserve probably won't be available and you will end up with whatever they have and deal with associated inconveniences. They staff is fairly decent but could be a little more friendly; I imagine they have a tough time so it affects they're personalities. Call them to verify anything you do online or in the app. So overall I would say hertz is a fair deal but tough location.

Don’t send uber back. To nit picky. Want you to drop off at an airport hertz knowing you will be charged extra. Don’t answer the phone. Wish I can give 0 star. Poor car selection availablity

I’m very disappointed as I honestly dislike giving bad reviews. However this is very much warranted! How do you stiff your customers knowing they are already going through a difficult time with their car being in the shop. As a company I would try my best to ensure the customer gets the best experience. I have never been double charged at ANY other car rental (for example enterprise down the street) until now. I’m completely upset by the lack of concern and professionalism to try and rectify the situation. I always try to remain fair and understand business is business but it shouldn’t come at the expense of stiffing your customer or taking money from them that is not warranted at all! I will not be doing business here until further notice and I get my concern resolved. fYi the lady that helped me although nice did not say anything of the sort in regards to the charges that would be applied and what the parameters were around the rental she simply said return with a full tank of gas and that was all. She needs to ensure that customers understand Your companies rental agreement unless this is not an honest business ?*******Update***** I want to be very transparent although I was upset with my interactions with the main office customer service did an amazing job of rectifying the situation and I’m grateful I was able to solve this! I appreciate the quick response and guidance to get this fixed right away!

This place markets on 3rd party travel agencies on vehicles that they almost never have in stock, only company I've dealt with that does this.

Okay this is what happened when I got to this location to pick up my rental vehicle first the gentleman in the front desk talked about for 2 hours with another guy in the store I was supposed to pick up my rental car at 12:00 noon but because he’s was taking so much with another guy I had to wait 2 hours then when I asked him about my rental he gave me an attitude he was yelling and mad I only asked how long I was going to take more he told me he couldn’t help me and I had to cancel my reservation oh, by the way, he couldn’t help me do that either horrible service not recommended at all
