This Ross is in central Fontana near other shops. The store is neat and organized. There is always someone greeting at the door. Some staff are friendly and helpful, offering recommendations. However, other employees seem not to want to be there. The cashiers moved the line quickly, but the store had low stock of inventory. Many shelves in the home and kitchen aisle were empty following a clearance sale.

Not a fan of Ross in general as a company, but it is what it is. They do have some nice items and pricing. I only go when I'm out of options.
