“This store is always nice and neat. Also very Well organized. The products are nicely on the shelf’s. It’s the cleanest, nicest five below I have been to. A lot of them have empty packages all over and loos a mess. Not this one! The employees obviously put a lot of work into that store and it shows!”

Just wish people would be more mindful when putting things in random place. The staff works hard to make sections pleasurable to shop around but some people just make a mess and completely ignore the fact that they are making the shopping experience not a great one.”

“The Dollar Tree on Summit Ave in Fontana has the best customer service! Bert, the lead in the morning and evenings is always polite, kind, and professional. The morning manager (I don’t know her name) is also very courteous and attentive. Together they make the store welcoming and pleasant every time I shop here. Truly appreciate their hard work and positive attitude!”

“I'm able to get stuff I need like hand soap, hand wipes, cups, utensils, etc. But I do have several complaints. They sometimes don't have the items that I need. They no longer have the self checkouts. They had to get rid of them due to a safety issue. The lines get big and stretch all the way to the back. They also don't call for backup when it gets to that.”
