We came in to upgrade my mom's phone that was substantially outdated. Khalid gave us excellent service. He was all by himself most of the morning but still juggling as many customers as possible. We really appreciated his time & going above and beyond to help us & everyone around us.
My mom left feeling comfortable and happy with her new phone which was most important. This was because despite being spread thin, Khalid still took the time to explain everything to us, what he was recommending, and why.
Thank you Khalid, your exceptional service did not go unnoticed.

Andrew was great! He was helping me understand my bill for $869.00 for the cost of a phone after signing up for a promo (entailed turning in my old phone) and leaving Verizon about 5 month later, whereas the Verizon customer service center reps couldn’t or didn’t want to explain this. He was engaged, used critical thinking, and asked me the right questions. Now it all makes sense. Thx Andrew! I really appreciate you paying to details and handling my case and concerns with care. I give Andrew 5 stars (for sure), but a reduced my ratings to 4 stars b/c when I was accepting the promo, I was not verbally forewarned about the repercussions if I left verizon early, such as, ‘so you know, based on this promo, if you disconnect verizon service early, you will have to pay back the phone minus monthly charges you paid and you will not get credit, your old phone, or money back for your phone. Verizon will charge your card on file (without your authority) too to collect.’
I’ll add here too that in October, when I so-called bought the phone then returned a phone case i bought there, my return counted “against” a different employee that sold me the item there. I guess commissions are big deal with Verizon :/ - that’s “icky” for the person who didn’t sale me an item, gets the “ding” for my return. I felt bad but that’s not a good company policy. I will never forget these experiences. #lessons learned

I had a negative experience with an employee who would cut me off when I was talking. I went in originally to find out why I could not receive texts. The employee called tech support on his earpiece and then I tried explaining to the tech support steps I had already done. The employee stopped me and said he don't need all that info and kept cutting me off. He then proceeded to talk to tech support and had me shut off my phone. The tech support guy then told me to turn it back on and it should work. I turned on the phone and it was working. I was trying to find out what happened and what I could do to fix later and the employee stopped me saying it's working now so it don't matter. He then told.me about technology and how it always messes up. I walked out the store upset and then walked back in to get his name and ask for a manager. The manager was not there and so I went back the next day to find her. I left my name and number along with the details of the encounter and she never contacted me.

Honestly this location sucks. Was supposed to hear back from a manager multiple times but they never got back to me. Bought brand new iphone 15s for my grandma and I and they took advantage of her. The only helpful guy in there is Khalid who was able to help me out with some questions I had when I went in person. Don't expect to hear back from anyone over the phone or email.
