Zero empathy towards patients. From top to bottom, Entire staff acts like they hate that they are working there.

Walgreens has acquired Rite Aid. Did not increase staffing. Pharmacy was hours behind and backed up. Front register had 12 people in line. After 20 years of being a loyal customer, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Always busy, understaffed, and slow. The management of this location should be ashamed how long it takes them to service people at the pharmacy. They make absolutely no effort to improve and service the customers.. just sad and upsetting
