“My son Carlos Is a 3 year diabetic he was diagnosed at the age of 14, he was getting very sick so I called the hospital to ask what was the problem and they told me he has had insulin deprivation and he needed his insulin pen immediately, I went to the pharmacy to get him his stuff and I asked for a 31 pack of insulin pens and I was handed heart pills in a big bag. I walked home with the brown bag thinking it was diabetes pens, I handed my son the pills so he walked up to the restroom to use one and I heard the loudest scream I've ever heard it was so loud I got the shivers I ran upstairs into the restroom to see Carlos lying on the floor with pills in his hand, Well his death wasn't that bad because he did grafitti my bedroom walls because I told him to make the turkey sandwich himself because I'm no peasant, so over all I would HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and I would definitely leave a tip.God bless America”

Everyone is so pleasant, courteous, and professional. I understand everyone needs time off, but it would be so great if they offered open hours on one weekend day, like Saturday. “I don't normally participate with writing surveys but the pharmacist at CVS Target on Slover went above and beyond for me and I was so grateful for his help. I was not aware that my insurance is not accepted by CVS, however, earlier in the day I had a frustrating experience at the doctor's office and I did not want to go back to have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy. The pharmacist could probably sense that I was stressed out and provided me with the upmost customer service. I did pay out of pocket but I did not mind at all because he was very courteous and even found a great coupon for me. Best customer service by far! 10 out of 10 recommend!!”

“The Rite Aid on Sierra in Fontana, has the most lazy employees ever.We called them to have them transfer my meds to another Rite Aid in Jurupa Valley, and they told us that JV had to call them, to make the transfer.JV called them and they sent only a few meds. JV couldn't send me the diabetes meds because their handwriting was NOT LEGIBLE!!So, I had to wait an extra day to get it from JV.They're lazy and don't care about Patients!”

However, in my opinion it is the people, and not always the place that makes a place shine. In my experience, I had a GREAT experience stopping into this location for a small photo printing order. As small and as simple four 4x6 photo prints should be, what started off as simple quickly turned rocky... BUT then had a nice ending.Here's what happened: I ordered some prints online... The process was easy! The order was estimated to be completed and ready within the hour after it was placed. Approximately 1 hr and 15 mins later, the order was not yet ready. I was still anticipating a text or email about the order being completed and ready for pick up. Being close by, I stopped in to inquire in person about the status of the small order as it was obviously being delayed for some reason. Unfortunately, their photo printing services had to be halted due to the LARGE influx of prints and other photo orders being placed online that day. My order, although small and had been prepaid, did not make it entire through before their printers were halted. I was bummed but not bitter. I spoke to a gal named Roselyn and another individual who may have been a manager. I briefly explained that my prints were paid for and it was very important I got them sooner than later. I wasn't expecting much... worst case scenario I would get them the next morning... YET to my surprise they stated they would try and get my order printed. A third individual by the name of Joseph was also another who helped out. Miraculously, approximately 30 mins later they called me to inform me they got my prints completed and were ready for pick up. That made my day!Much thanks to all that day who helped me out that day. The three of you are AWESOME!A message to all who read this... Know that places being understaffed is the new pandemic. Be patient and kind to those that work to help and serve you.”

I went to Target no battery , then I walked to CVS and the battery was there. Luis checked me out and I mention I hope it works he asked what it was for I said my car , explained I can’t open the door. I asked if he had a screw driver because there was none on the floor. He asked if he had my consent to help which I thought was smart , he proceeded to open my key fob with a tool, he place the battery in , I was so happy. I walked back to my car and it WORKED. I was able to get home , thank you Luis for being so kind and patient. This level of service is amazing and truly refreshing. He deserves so much more, keep up the great job .
