was put on hold for 30 minutes trying to clarify why they said my provider didn’t fill a script just for them to tell me it’s not covered by insurance bc it’s OTC. Next time tell me that when i’m there.

Zero empathy towards patients. From top to bottom, Entire staff acts like they hate that they are working there.

Walgreens has acquired Rite Aid. Did not increase staffing. Pharmacy was hours behind and backed up. Front register had 12 people in line. After 20 years of being a loyal customer, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
