I had an appointment today at the Foothill Ranch B of A to handle some business and had a terrific experience. As I entered the facility I was greeted by Ruben whom has helped me on prior transactions. Eric Lassen, Sr. Banker introduced himself and let me to his office where he handled my request with outstanding professionalism and superb customer service. Eric was kind, knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk with. Once we were done I met Sean who heads the loan department and he offered some terrific options if I was interested in borrowing relative to real estate transactions. This branch is very clean, the staff is amazing and most of all efficient, professional and kind.

I had an appointment today at the B of A in Foothill Ranch. I was greeted by Ruben who was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I asked to see Daniel and Ruben informed me that he would be right with me. Both Daniel and Ruben are true professionals and provided stellar customer service and results. The entire process did not take long and they informed me of other products that B of A had to offer. The branch is clean and conveniently located. I highly recommend this location as the overall eexperience was nothing short of perfect.”
