I'd heard that Americans never work overtime, but I've found that Ms. Yang is often online until 10 or 11 pm, promptly answering questions via WeChat and phone. This has shocked and moved me. I needed to withdraw a large amount of cash to purchase a work vehicle, but the daily withdrawal limit is $5,000 per member. Instead of just telling me there was nothing she could do, Veronica went above and beyond. She worked with her manager and coordinated with another SchoolsFirst location to make sure I could secure the funds I needed that same day.

“Just had a very positive experience at this BMO branch. Called to ask for appt to close a trust account for my late father. Julio the branch manager was very courteous and helpful, gave me a same day appt. When I arrived, I was helped by Shane Gregg who was amazing. He was friendly, compassionate and sympathetic regarding my father's passing, and very professional and efficient in dealing with the closing of the trust account. Even though I wasn't a BMO customer myself, and I was there to close accounts and not open them, they treated me very well. “My new debt card cvc was only two numbers. It's supposed to have three. Lol! No worries, I made an appointment and stopped in the next day.
My appointment was with Stacey. Not only did she apologize for the defective card (the card printer being repaired) she ordered me a new replacement card. Also while I was there, she helped me with setting up my direct deposit and online login. Stacey is fabulous!
I have had online banking in the past but I like to have my banking relationship with a real location with a real person. And there's free parking in the back.
