“Beautiful place to walk around for a good workout, or simply enjoy a stroll with loved ones or your dogs. Lots of restaurants to enjoy. Carmelitas has excellent Mexican choices, or try the egg enchilada with avacado at The Trough. You could work the extra calories off while enjoying a stroll around the lake.”
“This shopping center is pretty good. There's a Pavilions that is always clean and a decent gas station. There are Wells Fargo ATMs and a decent juice place. Also an ok Ramen place and a Greek restaurant that I've heard is good. The shopping center is always clean and well maintained.”
“This is a great shopping mall. We went there to eat at Javier's. The walk from the parking garage to the restaurant was pleasant. There was plenty of space to walk and rest, much greenery, and many stores I wanted to shop in... We enjoyed a very nice experience.”

“This hidden gem is actually very centrally located and has some very impressive art and lighting stores. There are also furniture and textile boutiques along with various other shops and even a yoga studio. You can also enjoy brunch at the cute little restaurant or sit and read near the fountain. There’s always parking in the back if the front is full but in the six years I have been coming to the design center I have never had parking be a problem. I highly recommend it to any local designers or residents!”

“Big old shopping center with a great selection of stores. We went for bowling, but there are many other stores worth checking out. A Discount store, ice cream shop, pharmacy, etc. Parking is pretty vast here as well. It's been around since the 70's at least, possibly longer. Come and give local businesses some love.”
“Vey clean well kept property. Landscapers do a great job outside along w a nice small water pond garden to enjoy when company is over. Staff is super nice & very patient. This 11 floor building has Units that are spacious, cleaned by house keeping every other week. Not many meal options No breakfast No lunch menu but dinner is served in dinning area or option to take back to personal unit, along with a $1.00 fee for take out containers/bag.”
“Shopping center with a mix of restaurants, boutiques, department stores and a movie theater. Parking lots can get crowded on weeknights and weekends. Always keep an eye open for e-bike riders biking in the parking lot and roadways, this area is frequented by many.”
“I usually never go to the dollar store to get things and I had to get bows and gift wrapping paper we bought 16 of each and the cashier was so sweet! Just scanned one 16 times without us needing to get everything out of the cart thanks dollar tree!”
“Visited the 99 Ranch Market to pick up some "Live Maine Lobster", to celebrate ? our 18th wedding anniversary. So glad we did. They were running a special @$6.99 per lb. Yes that's correct. So we splurged and got 6, for $70.00. Enough for 2 different meals.The Plaza was fairly busy but the Market was perfect for enjoying some time to shop. It was the best time to be shopping around 7:30 p.m on a Friday evening.It seemed that most of the local restaurants were fairly busy which seemed appropriate for what time it was.This is a nice Plaza with lots of interesting shops and many restaurants. A great place to drive 25 minutes to visit once in a while.Go check it out if you're in the neighborhood.”
“Quaint shopping center with a car wash, hair salon, gas station, fast food and sit down dining. Not overly crowded at any time of the day and the property seems to be well maintained. This is the kind of center you can knock out 3-4 of the honey do list as well as feed the kids. If you are local to this center then you know how convenient this location is. If you haven't been here, give it a look.”
“Oliver's Trattoria is the place to dine! Opened for only 2wks, you'd think that they were around for 10yrs! Wait staff friendly and informative. Cuisine 10 ⭐!! Recommendations from specials were outstanding. The rabbit risotto was out of sight! Adult beverages made perfect. Our wait person, I think Alessandro, was great. Met the owner Erik who was very cordial and accommodating. This is imo the go to restaurant for Italian dining!!!”

“Went for Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday. Got chips, salsa, and fresh made guacamole to start with. Got a mango margarita for refreshment, and the lamb barbacoa tacos for dinner. All exceptional and very delicious!”
“Really good food but somewhat pricey, but as they say, you get what you pay for, so it's worth the higher price. The steak with garlic spinach is awesome. Excellent staff and atmosphere.”

“Well my Car got towed so I had to take this trip on a bus. My pup goes with me everywhere, and didn't care for the bus driver and neither did I . They stop abruptly all the time. ,and it took four hours from Fullerton to Irvine. I'm needing back my car. So this Irvine center ( really nothing special) I went to visit the Dentist , all business,no pleasure believe me. There is a 7 11 next door or two, and it's a small one as if people in Irvine don't frequent 7/11 stores often . They didn't have much. The guy behind the counter didn't have much personality either. So I can't say much except I've been to more upscale centers in the desert than compared to Irvine , and Nicolas my pup feels the same.”

“Love location of this center. Awesome pizza place, grocery store, bank & more businesses to visit. No longer is there a Starbucks ? (too many of those) really is a small but convenient stop. Lots of parking and not hard getting in or out of plaza. Also clean place plenty of bins for rubbish.”
“Nice place to visit with kids and all family. Clean and new location to spend some quality time with loves ones. If you want to play, buy or fix the bike you have everything in one place. I like this place because you have a lot of space to park your car. Also, you have a very good learning center for kids to have tutoring and extra classes.”
