“Great for rentals. Went in very last minute looking for a purchase and ended up finding what I needed as a rental. The staff was informative and worked with me to find what I was looking for. They have about 12 variations of suits on display with books that have different colors or fabric for what youre looking for. I can recommend them for rentals although I wouldn't wait until 2 days before an event like I did and just got lucky. Again, the staff was friendly and professional. 1/5/24”

“This store introduced me to Stance boxers. They are more comfortable than wearing nothing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. “Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”
“This place a total gem for men’s clothing. I make sure to come here and check out the new stock every time I’m in Laguna. The lady who works there really gets it with men’s fashion. She has curated the best current designers under one roof. I always look forward to visiting here which is probably once a year. It’s easy to find cool stuff at Nordstroms or Neimans for $1k per item after spending a hour looking thru junk but every time I come here, I find amazingly wearable stuff on every rack for very reasonable pricing. Today, she guided me to a very differrnt-looking suede overshirt that was 1/3 the price of All Saints and better looking and a white structured shirt that is wearable year round. If I lived in Laguna, I’d be shopping here every weekend! We used to have stylish men’s store like this in malls around where I live but gradually they’ve all shut down and we are left with Nordstrom and Neimans. I wish more men supported small businesses like this. They are better in every way and you don’t have to spend all day going thru weird junk to find something nice.”

“The Bellaz team is amazing! They tailored my wedding dress in less than three weeks for a very reasonable price, including bringing in the waist and bust, adding straps, and adding a bustle. The work looks professional and the dress fits just how I wanted it. If you're looking to be coddled or pampered, you might find their service gruff or off-putting. However, I thought it was refreshing that they were very honest about which of my requests were reasonable and which were not achievable, providing professional opinions and not just saying yes to everything. I'll definitely return if I have any other tailoring needs! The only other thing I'll add is that they don't always call back or pick up. If that's going to stress you out, it might be best to look elsewhere. But if you're able to be flexible, willing to communicate in other ways, or fine with driving to them and potentially having to return another day, their work is solid and trustworthy. THANK YOU for taking care of my dress!”
“Great location and great customer service!I recently purchased a pair of joggers from Vuori online and needed to size down so I came in for an exchange. The girl at the register immediately helped me and made the process very easy. I love my new joggers and practically live in them. “Classic shoes still going strong from the 80’s. They do have some discounts on other items like 5 for $40 or something along those lines and the clothing is good quality. They also have buy one get one 50% off the second deals. Just time it right and it is a great place to buy gifts or treat yourself to some comfy casual clothing.”
“I went to Vans in the Irvine Spectrum Center location, and this amazing employee named Aramis helped me multiple times with getting different sizes and helping me put the laces on the shoe. Overall this employee has wonderful customer service!!! Next time you go, ask for the employee Aramis. 10/10 would recommend!!”
“This Kohls is in a perfect location, with plenty of parking, good selection of goods and friendly staff. The store has a wide selection of clothing both new and discounted. The prices are always competitive with other similar stores. What I believe sets them apart from others is their staff. On 3/15/24 I went shopping there to redeem Kohls Cash that I had received from a previous purchase. There was an issue with retrieving the cash from my account. At the store, I was assisted by Brian who was the manager that day. Brian did an outstanding job in responding to and resolving my problem within minutes. I very much appreciated the patience and understanding Brian showed in fixing the issue. Brian should be commended on his great customer service.”
