“Nelson was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The WiFi wasn’t great so I set up my Vanguards at home with no issues. I just need time to use them and learn what it can do. I have some funny candids from handling them and not knowing where to push. Keep up the great work! The Vanguards are heavy on the bridge of my nose, but I’ll do my best to get used to it.”
“As disappointing as it is to be at a weight that means I'm going to DXL Big+Tall, I am thrilled to say that I easily found clothes that fit me and make me look sharp. Service was incredible. I had a wedding where I put off looking for clothes way too long and by the time I started, nothing fit in any of the regular stores. Finally, came across DXL and I had choices. Choices of jackets, choices of shirts - not just a scrap or two left behind. I'm thrilled for folks who can be in the slim fit section - I'm not there today, but boy am I glad DXL had my back.”

“Beautiful store with the best Vans merchandise selection in OC! I’ve visited several stores; this flagship location is the busiest and has an energetic, fun vibe. The entire team was incredibly helpful, attentive and not pushy. Shout out to Wesley and Daniel who helped me with my purchases! They were having a nice Mother’s Day weekly promo: all apparel (men’s and women’s) 30% off. I made 2 trips here and scored some nice stuff!

Out of all the surf brands I wear, IMO Vans is definitely the most fashion-forward brand due to their high quality, classic graphics and most importantly their silhouettes/cuts. I LOVE the slightly cropped, boxy, oversized hoodies I purchased from the men’s collection! Even their t-shirt fabrics feel so premium.

My daughter was really upset when she broke one of her tumblers twice they exchanged it for her the first time then when we got home it unfortunately broke again. The manager Kat was really nice over the phone with having no issue with returning it or exchanging it again for us. My daughter was really happy about it. Always great customer service here :) :) :)”

My husband, Andrew built a custom suit with the owner and he had such a great time and from designing, to fit and tailoring, everything was just on point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! “Zumiez is my go-to spot for all things skate and streetwear! The store always has an awesome selection of clothes, shoes, and gear from top brands, and the vibe is super chill. The staff is really friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for, whether it's the latest sneakers or a new skateboard deck. They're knowledgeable and never pushy, which makes for a great shopping experience. If you're into skate culture or just love cool, casual style, Zumiez is the place to be. Five stars all day!”

The store is missing some items that they have online, like tank tops, but you can order that to the store. Still a bit inconvenient.

“This Box Lunch location is so great! We were looking for a medium in a shirt we found and they could see they had 4 on hand but couldn't find it while we were in store. They looked for a good amount of time, too! No big deal, it happens, so we just grabbed the large. They ended up finding it about 15 minutes later and they went out of their way to look up my number in their system and call me so we could come back to exchange it. Just awesome, we really appreciated that they cared to do that 😊 I wish I got their names but it happened at about 3:30 today, 6/28/26.”
“I understand this may be a very popular Old Navy due to location. I was a bit alarmed on the long line and wait. But again, it’s mostly due to this being a busy location. I did interact with the cashier who did my online order pickup & purchasing additional items. I was told Old Navy doesn’t do price adjustments. So just placed my order for pickup at my closest Old Navy. We only stopped here because we were already there shopping. I do love the Christmas pjs, as my girl friends and I usually match for our Christmas get together. Won’t be returning to this location unless absolutely have to.”
“The highest quality with the best customer service is what to expect. Ron is the ultimate professional. My husband has a very hard time finding shirts and pants that fit correctly. Once we started to get his clothes made by Austin Taylor, he gets compliments all of the time. Specifically, the sport coat that Ron just made for him is such a beautiful cut with a fun lining and of the highest quality cloth and exquisite detail (buttons, thread color and so many choices). High end, great fit, stylish mens clothes. I would highly recommend going to see Ron.”

What stood out the most was how well-kept and organized everything was, even during busier times. The staff were also friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the experience even better.

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Peter and Karen for going above and beyond for my mom and I. My mom had a hard time finding shorts in the right size, so Peter and Karen brought us multiple sizes and styles to try. They were so helpful and never once acted annoyed or rushed us. They kept the mood light and made the whole shopping trip fun. It's rare to get service like that. They made us feel valued, and now I'll definitely be coming back to this store again.

“There's a Pacsun right by my house, but I work at the Spectrum. I'll definitely be coming to this location every time in the future. Jennifer and Junior went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my wife. She asked for something specific, and they knew exactly what she wanted. They were helpful the entire time I was there, and were so personable from beginning to end. They certainly deserve a raise and some praise. “I want to give a shout out to Leah! I was at this store with my daughter who needed some assistance picking out some clothes. I sought out a friendly looking associate and found Leah. She gave some great suggestions and my daughter tried some clothes on in the fitting room. We needed more advice concerning jean sizes/fit and I found Leah again. She was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not walk away with any purchases. We left the store and discovered that my daughter had left her cell phone in the changing room. We quickly returned to the store and Leah recognized us right away and handed us her phone. Thank you Leah for all of your assistance today. You were a highlight of our visit.”

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. He took ge time to sign me up for the rewards program. Thank you Fernando. Carlos I can't thank you enough for your service!”
“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”
