Once we started to get his clothes made by Austin Taylor, he gets compliments all of the time. Specifically, the sport coat that Ron just made for him is such a beautiful cut with a fun lining and of the highest quality cloth and exquisite detail (buttons, thread color and so many choices). “Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

“The Bellaz team is amazing! They tailored my wedding dress in less than three weeks for a very reasonable price, including bringing in the waist and bust, adding straps, and adding a bustle. The work looks professional and the dress fits just how I wanted it. If you're looking to be coddled or pampered, you might find their service gruff or off-putting. However, I thought it was refreshing that they were very honest about which of my requests were reasonable and which were not achievable, providing professional opinions and not just saying yes to everything. I'll definitely return if I have any other tailoring needs! The only other thing I'll add is that they don't always call back or pick up. If that's going to stress you out, it might be best to look elsewhere. But if you're able to be flexible, willing to communicate in other ways, or fine with driving to them and potentially having to return another day, their work is solid and trustworthy. THANK YOU for taking care of my dress!”

“I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service one of your employees provided this past month. When Volcom Online store had its sale for 40% off on wetsuits, I decided to try wearing a Volcom wetsuit for the first time. I've always worn a men's Medium/Short in every other brand, but when I ordered three MS wetsuits from Volcom (2mm, 3/2mm, and 4/3mm), I discovered they were all slightly too big. I was able to order the 2mm replacement in a size small online, but the 3/2 and 4/3 smalls were out of stock online. I called the Volcom store at Irvine Spectrum and Shep (Shepherd Edwards, Volcom Irvine Store Manager)... answered the phone. He was so incredibly helpful! Over the course of the next couple of days, he called stores around the state and country and obtained the other two replacements with no additional effort on my part. He acted promptly and always followed up with me regarding updates on the status of my replacements. I have been so disappointed with the customer service of certain other surfing retail establishments in recent years that I was floored by his professionalism and promptness. I asked him for his full name and the name of his manager so I could take a moment to express my appreciation. And the size small fits just right, by the way! Really enjoying the 4/3 now that the water temp has dropped a bit! Thanks again to Shep!”

They had sooo much merchandise, and the employees were so so nice to us, they showed us where things were and they had a huge selection of things. Hardly anything was out of stock and it was filled. The quality of everything was great too, to me, everything held great value, like funko pops, lounge fly bags, etc!”

“I have been on the hunt for traditional old school 501 jeans. You may not know that although the tags of many levi's say Original 501s that is not actually the case. Levi has made the leap into more sustainable fabrics so there are many options now with stretchy denim like fabric that looks similar but the fit is really different. I hoped to find actual original 501 fabric in my size but that didn't happen on my visit to this store. The store is well organized with friendly helpful staff though and they did make alternate suggestions. I was able to buy some original 501s for my husband and it was a good experience overall. Left feeling like we had some success.”

“The wife and I went to the Foot Locker at the Spectrum Center in Irvine on Thursday 10/26/23 looking for a pair of sneakers for our 13-year-old granddaughter. As a senior couple we were a bit lost as far as purchasing the right ones. Thankfully we were assisted by Jocelyn, this young lady went beyond our expectations to help us. She was so patient with us and was very knowledgeable about all the shoes. It's rare to find this type of service in many stores.
