“I ordered two bowls for Christmas 2025. When they arrived, the smaller bowl was perfect, however the larger bowl was not even close to what the picture I sent, and the bowl color wasn't correct. Debby was easy to work with, and she sent a new bowl directly to the person I intended it for. It was perfect & just like the original picture. The bowls are so whimsical and cute and both myself and the folks I gifted them too are thrilled!!!”

I want to give a special shout-out to Kami, who went above and beyond during a very uncomfortable situation. While I was shopping a couple months ago, another customer began behaving in a way that made me feel unsafe. Kami immediately noticed, stayed close, intervened when necessary, and made sure I felt safe and supported afterward. Her compassion and quick action meant, and still means, so much to me and I can’t thank her enough.

“This place truly changed my dog's life. I have a 6 yr old husky. I had been taking her to PetSmart and other random groomers here and there for 5 yrs. Each time, I had requested the deshedding and undercoat treatment, and each time, it seemed like they didn't do it. They would all tell me that my husky just has really thick fur, and we would have to live with it. I finally tried Spaw. When I picked up my husky, I have never seen her happier. They got ALL of her undercoat and deshedded, and she looked 5 lbs lighter. The lady explained that her neck area was matted underneath, not just "really thick", and they were able to bruch and pull out the whole area. Basically, all the previous groomers were being lazy, and while my husky did have a very thick undercoat, they spent the time to do it right. Spaw was the first in 5 YEARS to actually care and do their job throroughly. We have been suffering for 5 years! Now my husky is so much happier, can manage her walking and heat, and thus our bond has gotten stronger. This has changed here whole life and our relationship! Even her shedding is managable now, my home is managable (I thought I was going to have to live with constant clumps of shedding all the time, but now it's like any other dog). I cannot thank Spaw enough. Five years! You guys changed our lives. Now on top of that, when we got to the door, there's a sign out front with all the scheduled visitor's names in colors and it makes you already feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. The inside is well kept, organized, nice displays and quality products. Everyone is PROFESSIONAL and caring. Thank you again, Spaw. Can't wait to come back!”

“The moment you walk into this store you are greeted with the sweetest smile and your pet is more than welcome to come along as well! The dog food is made fresh monthly from a farm and my dogs absolutely love the food and their skin and coats have never been so healthy! I also get their supplements and bathing supplies here and the staff is so friendly and love answering any questions you may have! Wide range of some healthy dog treats for all dog sizes and my girls just love their goody bags when I get home! Take a peek in one day and I guarantee you will not be disappointed! “The staff is out on the floor right away to greet their curio ! The quality of their food seems good! So is the variety of products to choose from! Someone gave me a bag of a dry food my fussy dog seemed to love and take to right away! Pet Warehoude is the only store in our area that Carrie’s it! My little chihuahua is very fussy and not an enthusiastic eater so when I’ve find something she likes I get it! Shes on a special diet now to rule out and pinpoint why she’s doing this! However she’s now with a specialist and I am determined to to see her through this! At twelve years old and four pounds skipping her meals isn’t an option! I love her so much! ?⭕️???❤️??❣️????????”

collapsed larynx, arthritis, and most recently Cushing’s Disease.
I knew it was extremely important to find excellent high quality supplements for him! Very fortunately, I found an outstanding family owned business in California, AskAerial! These people have guided which products I should choose, and even made suggestions for what type of food that would be good for him. Their customer service is excellent and has always been there for us!! I know in my heart that their employees really care for our pups! If it weren’t for their excellent supplements, our Buster Brown probably wouldn’t still be here with us! We are so grateful!!

They helped me exchange the food that my girl is allergic to even though I didn't purchase it from them, where as the Mission Viejo pantry wouldnt help at all The Tustin store has earned my business even though it's farther from my house.”
“Jac was amazing—super friendly and incredibly helpful. I had forgotten my leash at home, and this happened to be the closest store to where I wanted to start my adventuring around town. It ended up being well worth the stop.
Jac helped me find the right size harness, adjusted it for the perfect fit, and even looked through some newly arrived inventory to find a different color. I wasn’t really looking to buy something new, but it felt like an emergency. She reassured me by suggesting I keep the new set in my car as a backup in case it happens again, which made the purchase feel practical rather than wasteful.
She also offered my dog some treats, and we had a really pleasant conversation. There are about five or six free parking spots on the lot as well. Overall, a great experience!”
“We love exploring in here and my pup loves everything I bring home for him! Lots of options for pet food, toys, treats, chews you name it. I would say prices are very comparable to the prices on Chewy/Amazon. Sometimes certain things are cheaper here than online.”

“One of the best groomers birdie has had! As a Pomeranian her double coat is tricky and she was super matted when we arrived. The shop is lovely with a cute outdoor patio to enjoy some coffee in the sun while waiting. Staff and owners are super friendly and reassured me that Birdie was in perfect hands. Within 1.5 hours Birdie came out super soft and untangled. I’ll definitely becoming back!”

“Took my chiweenie, Rusko, in for a long overdue nail trim after he stopped letting me grind at home after years of beyond frustrating, but at least successful, attempts. I am always cautious bringing him to a groomer or vet for the first time, because while not ever aggressive, he’s very much defensive when he gets anxious and scared, especially if I’m not there with him. I communicated this with the groomer (shoulder length dark hair girl in her 20’s, wish I could remember her name) and recommended a muzzle just to be safe. She seemed confident and calm which made me both nervous and reassured at the same time lol.I walked out into the store area while she went to work but watched through the glass where he wouldn’t be able to see me. I was surprised, impressed, and beyond thankful with what I watched over the next 5 mins. She avoided the muzzle route, and confidently reassured his anxiety and defensive posturing, while simultaneously displaying a position of supportive control that was incredible. It’s obvious she not only has a ton of experience with, but also a deep love for and understanding of dogs. Not 5 mins later Rusko was new nail goofin right out the front door with a smile on his face, while I had one to match. Will absolutely be back again for the next trim!!Thanks again!”
