“I was very impressed by their immediate action. I drive a Ram Promaster 2500 as my work vehicle (15ft long and 9ft tall). On a Friday morning, I pulled on to the road to start my day of work. Unfortunately, my vehicle was struggling to pick up speed beyond 40mph. I was aware of frequent puddles below my engine, but I had ignored it as long as I could... a big mistake on my part. When I called into Mission Viejo Transmission, they were willing to receive me immediately. Most placing can't work on my vehicle because of its size and excessive weight. I informed them of my issues and also communicated that I work 6 days a week and need it repaired as soon as possible, so that I don't disappoint my customers. Kevin and his crew didn't hesitate. They located two leaks, in my transmission and my coolant. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle, providing an oil change and replacing my back brakes, which I was aware were getting very thin. In order to have everything repaired and replaced by Monday morning before I started my day of work, Kevin put 4 mechanics on my vehicle over the weekend. I can't thank them enough for understanding the urgency of my situation and providing top notch customer service. Highly recommend if you need a professional crew of mechanics and expect high quality customer service.”

“I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”
“The circumstances behind my towing were less than fortunate, but I was happy with this company for towing my car without damaging it PLUS they were accommodating when it came to picking up my car. Staff were polite. I can't comment on price because it was an "involuntary" tow but, considering the situation, they provided a decent service.”

“My van blew the radiator while I was driving. I had no choice but to park it in a lot where the business there had moved. That business called Earls to have me towed. When I called them, Sarah answered the phone. She was extremely nice. She asked if there was something wrong with the van and offered their services to fix the issue. Then she gave me a discount on having my van towed because I am a vet. The mechanic Terry called me once he looked at it to give me the estimate and a timeline. The work was done both in time and within the estimate. Labor charges are in line with other mechanics in the ILM area. I will use Earls again and I recommend them. I have read the other reviews and people must remember they are called to provide a service. I understand having your vehicle towed unexpectedly is a big cost, but from my experience with them, if you treat them nicely and with respect, you will get treated that way in return.”
