“I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”

“Raymond responded to my AAA call for a tow. Not only did he arrive right on time he was very nice and pleasant and professional! I was about to pay probably 500 dollars to get my vehicle towed to the shop to fix the problem, but Raymond took the time to look at the problem and diagnosis the issue AND FIXED IT ON THE SPOT! I am so grateful that there are still honest people in the world today! Such a nice person! THANK YOU AGAIN RAYMOND!”
