“Awesome service at Fabricante Auto Body from Fred. I went in this morning for some scratches on my Tesla. I was prepared to be told I will need to have the bumper replaced. Fred said he’ll see what he can do. He took the car in the back and had his team work on it. After a few minutes he brought the car back with most of the scratches gone! They were able to buff most of it out. And at no charge!!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Fred. You definitely deserve a 5-star!!”

“My car broke literally broke down in the middle of the street as I was driving so I called AAA. They sent out Milos from Sea Country Towing and he was super friendly and helpful. He was very calm and communicative, he told me exactly what needed to be done to safely get my car onto the tow truck. Milos made the process much less stressful and quickly got my car and I out of there. Would definitely recommend their services.”

I was about to pay probably 500 dollars to get my vehicle towed to the shop to fix the problem, but Raymond took the time to look at the problem and diagnosis the issue AND FIXED IT ON THE SPOT! I am so grateful that there are still honest people in the world today! Such a nice person! THANK YOU AGAIN RAYMOND!”

“The circumstances behind my towing were less than fortunate, but I was happy with this company for towing my car without damaging it PLUS they were accommodating when it came to picking up my car. Staff were polite. I can't comment on price because it was an "involuntary" tow but, considering the situation, they provided a decent service.”

“I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”
