“Nice little family-owned gym, no annual fees, and all they have machines and weights needed for a full workout. Gordon was also very nice and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend for anyone who doesn't want to drive all the way to Auburn or Grass Valley.”

“Great selection of equipment. Lots of space-never feel cramped. Friendly staff.Should extend acess hours to at least 10pm on weeknights. Most nights it's difficult to get there by 7pm to have a decent workout completed by 8pm. And Saturdays it closes way too early. Otherwise a great place.”
