“I usually do my own services, but I found this place close to my home, bought a pair of inexpensive A/T Tires (cheapest in the area), they rotated and balanced my tires as requested, I asked for an alignment but they found some issues I was un-aware of (I had the entire front end re-done about 1 year ago somewhere else before finding this place) Aldo was the reported tech who worked on my truck and did a good job, truck does not shake anymore.
Truck will be brought in when repaired. I used to shop at Les Schwab because of the convenience of locations but this place is just as good or better. They really give you more options for your wallet.”

“I brought my 1961 Galaxie in for a general inspection and tune up. I was presented with a well written quote breaking down all the parts and areas that could use some attention. This car had been sitting for years and needs a bunch of things. Parker was able to prioritize what I needed and break it up into more manageable chunks. He found many small items that I had not even noticed on his inspection. A week later my car had the new Wilwood Disc brakes installed, some leaks fixed and my carb tuned so it ran better than ever. I'll be bringing her back for more work in the future to get her all dialed in. I appreciated Parker's experience and expertise and his ability and willingness to talk me through everything. I know my car is in good hands.”

“I can't say enough good things about Randy Hansen Auto Body. I reached out to them in 2025 to get a quote for repainting my 91 f250 as the paint was peeling and there was some surface rust on the roof and hood. They did an estimate in no time and updated it when I wanted to know what the full truck would cost and told me to order trim and mouldings to help keep my cost down. When I dropped the truck off, Randy and Hunter showed me some of their other projects and assured me the truck would be taken care of which was a big relief. The first time I got the truck back, my drivers door wasn't closing correctly, so they had me come by to adjust it. They are so knowledgeable and would call if anything came up to have me come by to look or to show me their concerns. Everyone at the shop wanted to make sure that the truck stayed in tip top shape once it was finished and Randy was always happy to connect me with people about ceramic coating or good products to use for waxing. The truck looks brand new and I couldn't be happier.”

You know that moment when you try the cheaper option first because optimism is free? Yeah. Sometimes it works. Sometimes you end up paying twice and learning an expensive life lesson.
I had someone replace my alternator before, and about a year later it stopped working again. At that point, I gave up on budget experiments and brought the car here. They fixed it, and it’s still working for more than a yearly.
That’s kind of the difference for me: when I need experience and want the problem actually solved, I come here.
Are they always the cheapest? Definitely not. But after paying for the same repair twice somewhere else, “cheap” starts feeling expensive real fast.
At this point, Wayne and Sons Automotive has become my backup plan for when YouTube mechanics, budget fixes stop working.
Sometimes peace of mind is worth paying for.”

“Just had four Continental Extreme Contact 02 tires installed on 8-21-26 on my 2015 Corvette. It's really nice that with my appointment I didn't have to wait. Also nice that I was able to drive my Vette on the lift myself. They are very careful with the car and the tires/wheels. It took about an hour to remove the old tires and mount/balance the new. Might have taken less time if I hadn't kept talking with the installer. But, that is what is great about them, as you can actually go into the shop and watch the work being performed. Very clean shop. This is my fourth visit to Pagnano's for tires. I will be sure to use their services again.”
