“GO HERE! Don't bother with the other tire shops in Sebastopol. We were from out of town and got a flat. The other shops couldn't get to us for 3 or 4 hours.I dropped in at Kalemba's without a reservation ,at noon and in 20 minutes I was on my way down the road...wasn't fleeced. Cheaper than other quotes here. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks”

“Not Just a VW ShopHans and Ryan are very pleasant friendly guys They are also knowledgeable about VW’s. I took my 1999 Eurovan Camper there for inspection for a buyer. Ryan did the physical inspection and processed the findings through Hans. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. Hans has live a very interesting life and has many relics adorning the walls of the shop, concert posters from the 60’s and 70’s, pictures post cards and memorabilia. He has many stories and recollections to accompany them. This shop in part repair shop and part museum. Stop in if you get a chance and have some work done, but don’t forget to spend a few minute with Hans they don’t make men like him very often and unfortunately the ones here now aren’t going to be around for ever. “I have a 2001 Toyota RAV4 that I have owned since I bought it new. It's my husband and my go to car to run around. I had always taken it to Toyota for service since I bought it. Well up until I got the price for the 120,000 mile service. Now it's over 144,000 miles and I knew it was time to find someone I trusted to service it. I had met the Patterson's when they were buying the property. They had always been amazing to work with. So I took it there from Windsor. Talk about thorough. Jamie did a head to toe inspection and broke the inspection down on what was truly needed and what could wait. They know the car is older but made sure it was going to be safe. Jen, went over everything with us and what we were charged for. We are so happy we took it there and feel like I have a new safe car. They even got rid of a rattle that drove us crazy but no one could find.”

“Jerry and Dons had provided & installed my submerged domestic water pump system, and two high capacity fire sprinkler and fire hose pumps on our property for our fire rebuild 4 years ago. They performed perfectly. Two of the pumps were compromised when they sat in excess water. This was an urgent situation.First, the response to my service call was very timely.Second, they worked with me to determine fastest and most economical way to restore service- repair vs replacement. They communicated quickly, sometimes by calling me other times by email, explained and priced the alternatives, including lead time, all in a very timely manner.Each person I dealt with is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding.I have always had excellent experiences with the firm and highly recommend them. “I don't know anything about cars. I was looking for help diagnosing how much repairs to my vehicle would be and they were on it. I had gone to three other places before I stopped at Pauline's and no one had offered a diagnostic report. The people in the office were super friendly and helpful and after a few hours they called me to come get my vehicle. Turns out the cars engine didn't have a vin # and they could only do a visual inspection. When I went to get the car they told me things wrong with it that they noticed with the visual inspection and they didn't charge me because they couldn't do a full diagnostic work up. Everyone I encountered were nice and helpful and I will definitely go back if I need future repairs, which I am sure I will lol!”
