“Just opened an account there today (7-13-18) and all I can think of is "I should have done it sooner". Marcos Estrada was very informative and easy to talk to. He explained the basics of the account and the online features. My temp debit card (which I really need asap) was available and ready for use (tested already) right away. Nyeli, one of their managers is very friendly and very accomodating as well. I was in and out in under an hour (incliding setting up online/app features) and it was a very positive friendly experience. This bank is also conveniently located inside Safeway so you can shop, rent from Redbox, and do your banking in one drive. Convenience is important and very welcomed but their friendly and welcoming attitude is a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.”

Although (as a first-time merchant) the application process was somewhat stressful, once the account was established, the payments always arrived accurately and on time, and there is no need for constant interaction (everything is automatic and smooth). “Excellent customer service and as far as I could see all the tellers are bilingual. When I was there a customer walked in very upset and the Teller Cielo handle the situation beautifully. She was very open to hear your this customer and patient with her and eased her concerns and worries. Monserrat I believe is the manager or supervisor not sure what but quickly came to Cielos side to help out a customer in beef. Can't say enough good things about this bank.
