Although (as a first-time merchant) the application process was somewhat stressful, once the account was established, the payments always arrived accurately and on time, and there is no need for constant interaction (everything is automatic and smooth). “I wish I could write a review about anything and not be limited to only the places that appear on Google Maps because I could write some really cool reviews about things like my nephew's birthday party in the park. All sorts of review-worthy events occurred during that one! Or the time I was watching my favorite commercial, and I laughed so hard that I started sneezing and couldn't stop for like 3 minutes. It was super intense. Instead, I'm writing a review about this Exchange Bank branch in Santa Rosa. They have a solid 3.3 stars that they average from 12 online reviewers. Some people just complain about something so that they feel heard, like the folks that left one star. What's up with that. I guess giving one star provides some relief and comfort for them. And if that's all it takes, then have at it friends. I support you. But remember that the fine folks at this bank branch need a little support as well. And what better way to provide that than to give a good review and at least four stars for their effort and professionalism, as well as their interest rates and their loan packages, including mortgages and bond certificates. Plus, they are located on the main square where everything is possible and nothing is out of the question, especially a safe-deposit box.”
