“We started buying radios from C Crane in 1996. We started with a model that later became "the c crane radio". We later bought a hand crank radio. Then about 10 years ago (maybe a bit less) we bought the Wi-Fi 2 . We used it to replace the old clock radio in our bedroom. It offered us the chance to catch our favorite shows through Wi-Fi when our local AM & FM stations were preempting them with sports. In 2023 it died. First we lost the Wi-Fi stations. We learned from c crane that the service it used for Wi-Fi went out of business. Not long after, it stopped working altogether. We got ourselves a Wi-Fi 3 radio for Christmas. Come to find out it has NO RADIO function at all. So we lost our main use of such a device in that location. We can't listen to the delayed internet feed in the bedroom when our bathroom (actual) radio is on at the same time. It isn't delayed because it's A RADIO. How can they legally call the Wi-Fi 3 a radio??? About ever other night we have to unplug this thing and plug it back in to keep the channel going. Otherwise it cuts in and out for long periods of time even when we turn Wi-Fi off on all of our phones, tablets, and computers. Which is a nuisance to deal with. We never had this problem with the 2. So, we are highly dissatisfied with the Wi-Fi 3 "radio". One star. Their service when you call them is 5 star. We have been reasonably satisfied with our previous purchases so overall 4 stars. “I'm so grateful to William and the owners and all staff at Fortuna Audio. I just explained I wanted stereo sound with clarity and base.My Tacoma had a factory-installed stereo.I was shown 3 different amazing sound systems top of the line and wondered out loud if I should get the most expensive one? The owner said no he explained what I liked is loud enough. This man is right and could have overcharged and did not. So loud my ears can't take it at times . Perfect lol! Such honesty is respected and appreciated. Once again the owner is right, so loud and its what I wanted!!! Thank you.They kept my pick em up truck all night as they built it all in . Where ever I go listening to music souls dance in the streets due to the amazing sound. I have vision issues and wanted to make sure my pick em up truck sounded good and I can enjoy her. In case my vision goes completely South she will be worth more should I sell .I had a few minor details like a seat buckle fell off and rear view mirror needed tightened yet had nothing to do with sound. William fixed immediately and added something with my sub woofers so they wouldn't move around in back. I actually placed some paper from some package I had to add to stability so there is no more sub woofer moving . The best part is they are local and so kind and I am close by. William thank-you again for doing all you can . Also the owner told me all is guaranteed for life and can come by anytime if I need help. I love Fortuna Audio and forgot to leave a review until now. Just so grateful to all and William thank-you again for your kindness ?”

“Wow The person who helped us was wonderful! She had all the information we asked for, gave us the facts and info, and made everything easy. She did all the transfer of old phone to new, fixed old problems and did it all graciously. Couldn't have been better! Absolutely five star service!”
