“They had my car diagnosed and fixed within an hour of my appointment (thankfully it was just a hose that needed to be replaced). I arrived before they opened so I could receive a ride to work and they were kind enough to let me do so. I've had many experiences where employees are annoyed if you arrive before or right around opening but they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. This is my third time (I believe?) using JC Auto and it won't be the last :]”

“After trying a few mechanic shops in Fortuna, I can confidently say this is the most honest and efficient one I’ve found. Other places charged me but didn’t actually fix the problem. These guys did.
They were straightforward, professional, and got my car running right. I really appreciate the transparency and quality of work.
Highly recommend!!”
