“Great service and friendly. I had an emergency repair needed while traveling on the 101 hwy. My trailer brakes started giving me a warning and were shooting out. Believe it or not when I stopped for an overnight break, my landing gear motor failed also. I found these guys on Google and called first thing in the morning and they said to come over to the shop. They immediately started working on the issues even though it was obvious that they were very busy with other repairs.All of my problems were fixed and I was back on the road in a matter of hours.Wonderful and while the repairs were expensive for my budget, they seemed to be in line with what others are charging. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!”

“Ok so today I was in bad need of help being on an 8k mile bike trip of 30 days. It is day 15 and 4300 miles. I needed an oil change and a back tire. I tried another dealer and they refused to help because I was not riding their brand. I found North Coast Cycle and it was Shane to the rescue. He even had my oddball tire size and bam, two hours later he had my oil changed the tire on and clutch adjusted at a price I felt was fair. I love local shops that do quality work and treat someone good. Even when they know they will probably never see you again.”

“My husband and I were traveling around the US in our 2006 Freightliner Sprinter van when our # 2 fuel injector became unseated for the 2nd time on our trip. The Mercedes dealership in Salt Lake totally messed our van up vs. fixing it. After calling around to NoCal auto shops it's clear that Nico was the Sprinter Guru of No Cal. He and Chris were incredible- knowledgable and squeezing us into the shop quickly. Super grateful and fortunate to cross paths with them. Highly recommend.”

“I'm from Oregon and was on a work road trip when I realized my car had started leaking oil (probably the whole way down from Oregon). While everything seemed to be running ok, I didn't want to risk having issues while driving so many more miles over the next couple of days, so I called Ivey's. They got me in last minute, which in and of itself was such a relief. But even beyond that, they provided such amazing service.I would be remiss not to mention the fact that I was traveling alone, a woman, and admittedly concerned about being taken advantage of financially in a situation like this. However, that did not happen (quite the opposite), and every single person I spoke with at Ivey's was amazing. Kind, patient, and took my concerns seriously.Though it took a while to get the part they needed (not their fault, and honestly, in the grand scheme, not a big deal for me to have to wait around for the very awesome outcome that I got), the issue with my car ended up being a simple one, and they *refused* to let me pay them. Wouldn't let me give them a dime because of how simple the fix was. The honesty and kindness of this place is top notch.Having car issues at all is stressful, but having something come up while on the road, hundreds of miles from home, alone, with a work event coming up that I *had* to have a working vehicle for the next day - I was a ball of anxiety. But Sam and the guys at Ivey's took such great care of me and my car and made what could've been an extra crummy situation into one where I walked away a few hours later, being able to spend the rest of my time in town not worrying about my car and able to focus fully on my work.Thank you thank you so much to Sam and team. You have no drivers license and you stated that you cannot pass a pre employment drug test due to your cannabis use. We stated that all of or open positions must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience. The references on your resume I called stated you have no experience in fighting fires and you don't have a driver license. Sorry that you are bitter at your lack of skills”

“I unfortunately had an ex husband who wrecked my vehicle multiple times while under the influence which is why I had to bring it to JC AUTO in the first place. I thought my check engine light was on for no reason and they were diligent enough to keep looking after what they replaced didn't fix it. They put it on the lift and we're able to see that my car had been wrecked and ran over something substantial and had a hole in my floorboard. The time after that he wrecked it and it was at another local shop from November-April. Not only was it gone that long, I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance said they took too long and when I got it back there was still stuff wrong with it. At that point I decided I wanted to take it back to JC AUTO since I know they do good work, thorough work and get parts incredibly quick. They fixed multiple issues within a week. They're friendly, the office staff is nice and they all around do great work. I would definitely use them again! They did some work on my ex's truck too after he messed up a bunch of wiring not knowing what he was doing and they fixed it no problem. Highly recommend this shop!”
