“I purchased a car from Toyota 101 recently and worked with Phi as the sales manager. Car purchases can be stressful, but not with Phi. Phi was very transparent about all the details of the car and he gave me ample time and freedom to think about my decision. He was open to every question and never seemed like he was trying to mislead me. He seemed very sympathetic to the emotions and experience of a buyer. He was never pushy, but he was also just plain honest about his objectives and understanding mine. He offered me drinks, he was clear about each step of the process, and was just a really nice and kind guy. Candidly, one of the reasons I did the deal was because of Phi's friendliness, kindness, and honesty. “As I walked away from dropping off the car I realized I'd left my cell phone in the cup holder. Went back, flagged down the car I thought had been mine, no phone to be found. The manager, George, was immediately helpful and had his team look for it. Within about ten minutes they found it for me.
When he handed it back I thanked him, and his response was to apologize for the wait-- the wait that only happened because of my mistake.

The rental Ford F150 truck (Lariat edition) was comfortable and surprisingly good on fuel economy (I managed to get 20 mpg).
No issues when returning after 1 month of use.

“Enterprise has always been my rental car agency of choice. Reserving a car and picking one. up is easy and the cars are usually well maintained. I've never had a problem with them. The staff are efficient and friendly too. The only con: last time I reserved a 7 seater but when I arrived they only had 5 seaters. This caused a major disruption to my plan. Despite this, Enterprise still deserve 5 stars.”

“Been going to this local Hertz location for the last 2.5 years and the staff is great here! Attentive and smooth service. No issues with extending the rental or any other questions. Cars always get delivered clean and full, ready to go.
Only note would be to regional management, there always seems to be a shortage of staff & cars at this location, which is great for me as a customer as I often get complimentary upgrades of the vehicle due to my category not being available, but often seems to result in additional stress on the team, which they always handle great!”
“This location should be voted the best of has the best, Just 2 person team handling the location so efficiently, they deserve so much appreciation, the location has latest electric cars, one can reserve a specific car, the customer support from the team is outstanding both Genesis and Manager Rebecca are quick to respond, they even call back if they miss the call and explain issues with the delay or regarding billing and maintenance.
