“We were staying in Foster city for a week. Found budget to be our nearest rental company. Rented a normal car but was then offered to upgrade for a very competitive price. So we upgraded to a mustang so we could live the American dream whilst on holiday. The company did not disappoint and the service was excellent from start to finish. Steven who dealt with us was amazing and took time time to ask how our holiday was going and where we were thinking of visiting with the car. He explained the toll system and general driving in the US.
We would definitely use this company again if we find ourselves in Foster city again.”
“Wonderful experience, pickup was quick and thorough, staffer Carrington Collins let us pick our car and he explained the features and checked it over, Nissan Rogue performed well. Return went smoothly, drove into return garage, staff checked it over and made sure we emptied it of all belongings. Took the train back to terminal. All very smooth. Thanks!”

“My experience was quite positive overall. It started off badly when I was offered a rather old Jeep Compass with about 20 scratches, but only 10 of them were recorded in the protocol. A woman from SIXT agreed to add the remaining scratches, but eventually my patience ran out, and I insisted on changing the car. The new car was a much newer GMC Terrain, which was great. Still, they shouldn’t have such junk in their fleet at all — I don’t understand why I was offered it in the first place. The guy working on the floor with the cars was great, though — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Jaime when seeking a Toyota RAV4. We initially went there looking for a used 2023 one, but Jaime advised us that for a little bit extra, we could get a brand new 2025 one. He was very welcoming from the start and we never felt any pressure when working with him. Yosef was also helpful as he explained details clearly and, also, did not make us feel pressured. This is the second time I have been to this location for a vehicle and their customer service is what stands out the most to us.”

The rental Ford F150 truck (Lariat edition) was comfortable and surprisingly good on fuel economy (I managed to get 20 mpg).
No issues when returning after 1 month of use.

“Enterprise has always been my rental car agency of choice. Reserving a car and picking one. up is easy and the cars are usually well maintained. I've never had a problem with them. The staff are efficient and friendly too. The only con: last time I reserved a 7 seater but when I arrived they only had 5 seaters. This caused a major disruption to my plan. Despite this, Enterprise still deserve 5 stars.”

“I was so grateful to learn I would'nt have to trek to the east bay to get a rental! Make your reservations online conveniently. I was also able to extend my rental online very easily. I had a fabulous experience checking in and the vehicle was ready to go, thoroughly cleaned and a full tank of gas - completely set up for my use. The gentleman that checked me in was thorough, friendly, and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and service provided. Honestly, this was the easiest and absolute best experience I have ever had renting a car. Super relieved and will definitely use again.
