“I was having issues with a check i had deposited in the atm. i went inside and the bank tellers were stating that there was nothing i could do as once a check has gone into the atm that they have absolutely no way to help. Also saying that i would have to just wait and just try to call phone customer service because they would cater to me rather than their own employee. being in customer service for a long time i knew that there should have been more effort to help resolve or bring clarity to the issue i was having. I knew if i got upset that no one would want to help me and to her dismay i said "Thank you for taking the time to tell me all that information, but if i could speak to a branch manager who may have higher authorization to the accounts to help me understand what's going on that would be awesome" she sighed and gave me a stank eye....and said the manager was busy right now and that i'm free to take a seat. You best believe i did just that... Anyways, the story gets a lot better. once i get seated with the branch manager i felt a huge weight lifted, i felt like she definitely had the answers to my questions. Her method communication regarding the situation had tremendously calmed me down and made me feel much more secure about everything at hand. I felt like, okay great she knows absolutely what she talking about and gave me a inkling that she cared and wanted to tend to the situation. she also put me in her schedule for the next morning to follow up and ensured me that she'd do what she could to help me out.
