“My ice maker was repaired about a year ago by the refrigerator's warranty company. It worked fine then stopped working about a month ago after a power outage. They not only fixed it, but also made some other minor adjustments/repairs. It's been about a month since Caesar's repaired it and it's working better than it did before the outage. The technician was also timely (early!) and professional. Would recommend.”

“We purchased several items to remodel our bathroom. Ferguson had good prices and were very helpful. Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.”

“Flex tube for water fountains and above ground pools is on the second shelf need a latter to access it... always find myself driving a bit farther to lowes even though I always go to home detpo first cause it's closer. Lowes had it accessible even with cutters on the shelf so you didn't have to ask for help..”
“We shopped around for a Bosch over range microwave and found it at Save More Appliance and at a huge savings!! We scheduled installation which was separate. Bill, the installer, was very professional. He picked it up and did a fast and efficient job! He cleaned up and made sure all was working to our satisfaction. He hauled old microwave. We couldn’t have been more happy! Highly recommend.”

And I'm gonna feel bad for not remembering this study's name with the lady that's always in checkstand 2. Amazing They're all amazing. But, you know, you have this ones that stand out later's head and um, yeah, militating garden is pretty amazing as well.

I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.
After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.

“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”

“Much better place to get small plumbing parts than a traditional retail shop (Home Depot/Ace). Only they had the exact toilet flush handle that we needed and I wish I knew about this place before wasting time at traditional retail shops getting nowhere!”

“I enjoy the convenience of going to this Home Depot based on the location, but if there is a Home Depot in the local area that will be out of stock of an item, Costa Mesa will be the first to be out of stock. Also, the buy more save more discounts online are not in the store, so it's better to shop online than in the store. I don't know of another retailer that competes so heavily against their Rick and mortar employee run stores.
On the plus side, the check-out associates are generally courteous and quick at moving people through lines. The floor staff in each department are a bit thinned out and often busy with several other people vying for their attention.”
“I called the Flooring Department to order some custom blinds. Molly, the floor supervisor was terrific. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and started my custom design. She actually was looking after the customer and mentioned a promo that would start tomorrow. Talk about great customer service. Molly is definitely a keeper. Home Depot take notice and give her a raise!”
