“Michael and staff are great. I traveled from Chino to come to this Oreck shop. Came in to have my vacuum serviced but decided to trade it in and upgrade it. Really happy I did. Michael took good care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable and his service is outstanding. Very nice guy. Super friendly. He did not push me or try to upsell me. Really pleased with my purchase and the service I was provided. I will be bringing my vacuum back in for the routine services. Thank you Michael. Great store and experience.”

“This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I've only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and ask if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. Thank you for all that you do and you definitely deserve a raise, recognition, or a promotion!”

“The Customer Service at the Home Depot HB location has always been five star. They are helpful and pleasant and have always been efficient and kind... over the years I have purchased a ceiling fan, a desk lamp, paint products, had keys made and bought great plants fom the garden dept. I had items delivered there that I ordered online- the perfect mattress topper! Oh and a wonderful large area rug at a great price. Most recently, I used their truck rental service which as usual, turned out awesome! I typically buy my batteries and lightbulbs here, and they also have a great variety of beautiful fresh cut flowers!”

“I always get friendly service at Lowe's. I'm a Carolina girl, so I grew up in Lowe's. It's a better layout, in my opinion. Went to Lowe's for specialty light bulbs for my daughter's floor lamp. We were approached by Frank, he was super helpful and engaging. He provided us with guidance on wattage and specifications on the base sizes. They were exactly what she needed and at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant visit.”

Carl has my vote for employee of the year at this Home Depot location which is one of the best that I have shopped at”

“This has become the spot I buy my Christmas tree from each year. A few years ago after purchasing my tree, my car battery wouldn't start in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for help and was told employees aren't allowed to help because of liability reasons. That was not fun, but luckily a man in a truck parked nearby and he was nice enough to jump-start my battery. I was very impressed this year by Home Depot's plant selection in the Garden department. I got my husband a fiddle leaf fig that was almost as tall as me for $36! Also there was a very nice customer in the measuring tape aisle that recommended which Stanley product to get as a gift, which was time-saving and appreciated. I've been here plenty of times for random needs like spray paint or a shower drain snake and it's always been a positive experience as parking is easy, checkout had been quick, and items are in-stock.Will continue to frequent and recommend to others.”

“If you go to this Lowe's ask for Steve in tools. You will get great customer service with a smile and a Can-Do attitude ! However you probably should stay clear of asking the associate Gino any questions. He apparently thinks it is not his job to try and help you find a solution . He's not going to do that work for you wow!! Everyone else I encountered was very pleasant and I will be back because I will know to ask for Steve even if I am not looking for a tools .”

“I picked up a dishwasher from BestBuy online order. The online order said it was in open box condition, but it turned out that it was a floor demo model which was in very good condition. The manager and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They had it wrapped up nicely and loaded it to my car. I would highly recommend this store!”
