A little confusing to find the entrance (it's the driveway on the left.) but you'll forget about that when you get your dead battery removed and a low cost brand new battery installed in minutes! Very fast and friendly service; I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new battery on the double!”

“Was dealing with several stores trying to find a battery in stock. From Bay Area, but needed to change battery for my son in college in Orange County. Other stores not helpful, just said not in stock. Javier from the Santa Ana store also did not have in stock. But he went above and beyond and find it in stock at a store 40 minutes away. He connected with that store and his manager and was able to get it for me. a small delivery fee did not matter as he got it for me by the day I would arrive. I picked up and was able to change my son's battery and return the core the next day. Amazing service”

“Been going here for my car batteries for years now. Best prices on used but good batteries and the guys are pretty cool once you get their attention. I love seeing the look on autozone employees faces when they are trying to sell someone a car battery for well over a hundred bucks and I interrupt to let the customer know about interstate and their prices. Alot of us just dont have that kind of money for a new batterythese days. 🙃”
“Great work, great pricing, and fast work. I had my car towed in and less than 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

“Brought my car over because it was sputtering when I started it and the engine light came on. They performed an engine scan but could tell right away that a rodent chewed through several wires. Referred me to an electrician in Santa Ana (I’ll be leaving a positive review there as well!) and provided a copper wire & instructions on how to splice the missing wire. They also separated wires causing the sputtering so my car was drivable again - all free of charge.

“Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.”

She is helpful, gives good advice and will install your new battery after you purchase there. Their website can help you figure out which battery you need. “I came all this way to buy a part for my car, I usually go to the one near my house. I'm giving 5 stars for the service received by Efrain Gasca. The service that I get from the people by my house is like 2 stars, but Mr. Gasca was very attentive and with a very positive attitude something I don't get at the store by my house. From now on I will only come to this location although is 3 times farther from my house.”

They always get it right for me and I have not had to take back anything bc was wrong part, can't say that about their competitors. “A big shout out to Oscar for going the extra mile on helping me find the parts for this 1969 chevrolet C10 pickup. This truck had been in mexico for a while so the history is coming by surprise. It has parts from a 71 C10 , 95 C1500 and let's see what else pops out. Finding the parts hasn't been a walk in the park but instead a walk in the desert. Oscar has put his knowledge to work and I am grateful for finding what I've needed. This truck is a neighbors repair job so I'm just the parts guy . I enjoy a store thats clean and with team players. “I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts cause I needed the engine light check service which they offer to run it for free. Kiki was friendly and helpful, great customer service. Kiki run it right away without any problems. I had to go back to the store for another reason and this time I was helped by Jay. Just as Kiki, Jay was wonderful and helped me without any problems too. Both times I left the store knowing what was wrong with my car and received great customer service. “Just wanna say that O’Reilly‘s on Ballwin Beach is well managed. I just wanna say thank you to Brendan. He was wonderful. I got there at 7:20. They opened the door right at 7:30 came out open the door and said hello. I walked Danny. He says how can I help you? I said my car needs Freon then he was able to look me up in the computer got the Freon was kind enough to put it in still waiting on customers. He did wait on a custom couple customers while I waited, that was no problem. Great service great smile on my air conditioning. I can now drive in peace and cool. I would recommend O’Reillys to any female that single that needs help with their vehicle. Nice courteous, polite, clean store just an overall wonderful experience and his name was BRENDON Brendan.”

They gave me a very reasonable price on optima red top for my RX 350 2012, and they replaced it for me as well in no time. Also they tested my alternator; as they were so pleasant and cordial and mostly professional. “I'm writing this review about my recent experience at my neighborhood O'Reilly's off Edinger in Santa Ana. My dad came in looking for parts for his work truck and was abruptly greeted by an employee named Hamid. He was the worst person we have encountered at O'Reilly's. He kept interrupting my dad and was very unfriendly, almost as if he were talking down to him. When my dad asked to price match hamid declined to do so it wasnt untill another worker there Enrique overhead and said yes they offer price match like it says in the store and we see and hear about in the television.My dad doesn't want to return because of the lack of customer service and disrespect he witnessed from this employee named Hamid.
We thank Enrique for being very professional and kind, and taking the time to explain our options for price matching. Huge thanks to Enrique for saving the experience.”

“O'Reilly Auto Parts is objectively better than most, besides mom & pop auto parts stores, if you have the ability always support local small businesses. I always, for the longest time, felt Suto Zone had some superiority, for reasons yet obscure to me, probably has something to do with their marketing. But, since I've been going with more regularity as of late, I've compared selection, pricing, and customer service between O'Reilly, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and another Auto parts store who's name I can't recall and O'Reilly seems to reign supreme!
Remember, Mom & Pop/local small business Auto parts stores should be your go to, because supporting your community should take precedence over corporate stores. Billionaires are never ethical and don't need nor deserve your money, if you can avoid it. If you don't have that option, go to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”
