“A big shout out to Oscar for going the extra mile on helping me find the parts for this 1969 chevrolet C10 pickup. This truck had been in mexico for a while so the history is coming by surprise. It has parts from a 71 C10 , 95 C1500 and let's see what else pops out. Finding the parts hasn't been a walk in the park but instead a walk in the desert. “I'm writing this review about my recent experience at my neighborhood O'Reilly's off Edinger in Santa Ana. My dad came in looking for parts for his work truck and was abruptly greeted by an employee named Hamid. He was the worst person we have encountered at O'Reilly's. He kept interrupting my dad and was very unfriendly, almost as if he were talking down to him. When my dad asked to price match hamid declined to do so it wasnt untill another worker there Enrique overhead and said yes they offer price match like it says in the store and we see and hear about in the television.My dad doesn't want to return because of the lack of customer service and disrespect he witnessed from this employee named Hamid.
